中国的签证申请虽说是放松了，但拿到签证之后，很多朋友发现，根本就抢不到直飞中国大陆的机票！所以不得已要选择一个中转地，其中最受欢迎的应该就是香港了。

Although China now is relaxing its visa application, after getting the visa, many friends find it quite difficult to book a direct flight to mainland. So some have to consider a transit, mainly Hong Kong.

香港时间7月28日凌晨零时起，香港政府将试行改良版电子健康申报系统，要求到港人士在登机前提早完成卫生署的网上电子健康申报，并在办理登机手续时，出示完成申报后生成的健康申报二维码以供航空公司核查。

From 0:00 a.m. on July 28, Hong Kong time, the government will implement an upgraded electronic health declaration system, requiring inbound persons to complete the online electronic health declaration of the Department of Health (DH) before boarding, and show the QR code generated after declaration at the time of check-in.

健康申报二维码的有效时间为96小时，抵港人士可最早在预定抵港时间的前3天递交申报表，如拟周四入境，则最早可在周一进行健康申报。

The health declaration QR code will be valid for 96 hours, i.e. inbound persons can submit the declaration form as early as three days before their scheduled arrival time in Hong Kong (for instance, a person arriving in Hong Kong on Thursday may submit declaration form starting from Monday).

除申报各项健康及检疫事项外，抵港人士也需要提供完成疫苗接种证明文件、指定检疫酒店预订编号等入境检疫所需资料。

On top of the health and quarantine declaration, arrivals are also required to provide information such as proof of completion of vaccination and reservation reference numbers of designated quarantine hotels (DQHs).

由于目前仍处于试运行期间，入境人员仍需按现行规定在登机时出示相关证件，实在无法出示健康申报二维码的旅客也不会被拒绝登机。但待系统试用及完善后，入境人士必须取得电子健康申报二维码，方可登机前往香港。

Since it is still in the trial period, inbound personnel are still required to present relevant documents when boarding the plane according to the current regulations. Passengers who are unable to present the QR code for health declaration will not be denied boarding. However, after the system is tested and perfected, inbound travelers must obtain the QR code of the electronic health declaration before boarding the flight to Hong Kong.

这一健康申报系统的实行，为香港更大程度地缩短隔离时间增加了希望，也为进一步开放国际边境铺平了道路。

The implementation of this system, to a greater extent, will raise hopes for Hong Kong to shorten the quarantine period and pave the way for the further opening of international exchanges.
