香港特区行政长官李家超于今日公布了最新抵港入境隔离安排。
The Chief Executive of the HKSAR, John Lee, announced today the latest quarantine requirements for int’l arrivals in Hong Kong.
自本周五（8月12日）起，从海外或中国台湾地区由机场抵港人士，7日检疫酒店隔离将改为3天检疫酒店隔离+4天家居医学监测！
From this Friday (August 12), for arrivals from the airport from overseas or Taiwan, the “7-day centralized quarantine in hotel” will be changed to “3-day centralized quarantine in hotel + 4-day medical monitoring at home”!
其中，4天医学监测可在家或一般酒店进行。完成“3+4”要求后，旅客还需要自行监测健康状况3天。
The 4-day medical monitoring can be carried out at home or in ordinary hotels. But after the "3+4", passengers also need to do health self-monitoring for 3 days.
具体而言，海外抵港人士在入住检疫酒店的次日计为抵港第一日。抵港第二日将再次接受核酸检测，如果在第三日早上收到核酸检测阴性报告，最快可在9点前获安排离开酒店，返回家中进行四天的居家医学监测，直至第七日的早上9点结束检疫期。
Specifically, the day after an overseas arrival stays in a quarantine hotel is counted as the first day of arrival in Hong Kong. On the second day of arrival, he/she will be required to undergo a nucleic acid test again. If he/she receive a negative result on the morning of the third day, they can leave the hotel before 9:00 am at the earliest and return home for four days of medical monitoring until the seventh day at 9:00 am.
4天医学检测期间可以外出，在每日快测阴性下，可以乘搭公共交通工具上班，或进入商场、百货公司和街市等，但外出期间不能参与任何除下口罩的活动。
During medical monitoring, the arrivals are allowed to go out, with a negative daily rapid test, and can take public transportation to work, or enter shopping malls, department stores, and markets, etc., but they cannot participate in any activities that remove masks when they go out.
不能进入需主动审核“疫苗通行证”的场所包括餐厅、酒吧酒馆、健身中心、美容院、游戏机中心、游乐场所、室内公众娱乐场所及派对房间等，亦不能进入安老院、残疾人士院舍、学校，以及指定医务处所。
What’s more, they cannot enter places that need to check the "health code", including restaurants, bars, pubs, fitness centers, beauty salons, game console centers, and playgrounds, indoor public entertainment venues and party rooms, etc., are also not allowed to enter residential care homes, residential homes for the disabled, schools, and designated medical premises.
