导读：明明我都没有用香港公司出过货，为什么会收到进出口报关通知书？我的香港公司是不是被被人盗用了？

近期，有不少客户来问我，我的香港公司没有走过货，但却收到了进出口报关通知书，这是怎么一回事呢？

Recently, many clients have come to ask me that their HK company has not shipped goods, but they have received the notice on import and export declaration. What is going on?

是不是有人盗用了我的香港公司？

其实不然，进出口报关通知书是由香港政府统计处发出的，且一般是根据香港运输署提供的资料进行通关货物的核对，并负责并向进出货公司进行信件传达。

In fact, there is nothing to worry about. The notice on import and export declaration is issued by the Hong Kong Census and Statistics Department, generally based on the information provided by the Hong Kong Transport Department. It is responsible for sending letters to the company involved in export and import.

如果您的香港公司并无出货，却收到了通知书，可在文件的C项前的方框内打×，在F项备注好公司联系人的联系方式，然后将该文件的正反面扫描，再回传给政府统计署邮箱：trade-declaration@censtatd.gov.hk，就可以啦～

If your HK company has not conducted activities like exporting goods, but has received a notice, you may write an x in the box in front of item C in the document, remark the contact information of the company's contact person in item F, and then scan the front and back of the document. At last, send the scanned copies to the Census and Statistics Department's email: trade-declaration@censtatd.gov.hk. No trouble will incur if you finish the procedures.
