今日，国家宣布调整疫情防控政策，明确了入境隔离由“14+7”变“7+3”！
Today, China announced changes to its pandemic control policy, clarifying that the quarantine time upon entry will be shortened from "14+7" to "7+3"!
Compared with previous policy, the new one mainly highlights several changes:
将密切接触者、入境人员隔离管控时间从“14天集中隔离医学观察+7天居家健康监测”调整为“7天集中隔离医学观察+3天居家健康监测”。
Shorten the quarantine time of close contacts and inbound personnel from "14 days of centralized isolation + 7 days of home health monitoring" to "7 days of centralized isolation + 3 days of home health monitoring".
将“集中隔离医学观察第1、4、7、14天核酸检测，采集鼻咽拭子，解除隔离前双采双检”调整为“集中隔离医学观察第1、2、3、5、7天和居家健康监测第3天核酸检测，采集口咽拭子”，解除集中隔离医学观察前不要求双采双检。
No longer perform nucleic acid testing by sampling nasopharyngeal swabs on the 1st, 4th, 7th, and 14th days of centralized isolation, but perform by sampling oropharyngeal swabs on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th days of centralized isolation and on the 3rd day of home health monitoring. Besides, “double sampling and double testing” will not be required before the release of centralized isolation.
密接的密接管控措施从“7天集中隔离医学观察”调整为“7天居家隔离医学观察”，第1、4、7天核酸检测。
For the secondary contacts, a 7-day centralized isolation will be replaced by a 7-day home isolation and nucleic acid tests on the 1st, 4th, and 7th days.
另外，新版方案还对封管控区和中高风险区的划定标准作了统一规定。
In addition, the new plan also makes unified regulations on the delimitation standards of the lockdown zone, control zone, precaution zone and the medium and high-risk area.
高风险区实行“足不出户、上门服务”，连续7天无新增感染者降为中风险区，再连续3天无新增感染者降为低风险区。其他地区对近7天内有高风险区旅居史人员，采取7天集中隔离医学观察措施。
Residents in high-risk areas must stay at home, and door-to-door delivery services are provided. High-risk areas with no new infections for 7 consecutive days will be classified as medium-risk areas, and if no new infections for the following 3 consecutive days, the areas will be changed from medium-risk to low-risk. When entering other areas, people with a history of staying in high-risk areas within the past 7 days will be subject to 7-day centralized isolation.
中风险区实行“足不出区、错峰取物”，连续7天无新增感染者降为低风险区。其他地区对近7天内有中风险区旅居史人员，采取7天居家医学观察措施。
Residents in the medium-risk areas shall not go beyond the zone, and deliveries must be collected on a staggered basis. Medium-risk areas with no new infections for 7 consecutive days will be classified as low-risk areas. When entering other areas, people with a history of staying in high-risk areas within the past 7 days will be subject to 7-day home isolation.
低风险区指中、高风险区所在县（市、区、旗）的其他地区，实行“个人防护、避免聚集”。其他地区对近7天内有低风险区旅居史人员，要求3天内完成2次核酸检测。
Low-risk areas refer to the other areas in the counties (cities, districts, and banners) where medium-and-high-risk areas are located. Residents should pay attention to personal protection and avoid gatherings. When entering other areas, people with a history of staying in high-risk areas within the past 7 days are required to undergo 2 nucleic acid tests within 3 days.
