China has confidence in holding a safe and wonderful Winter Olympics. Nearly 3,000 athletes from around 90 countries and regions will take part in the Winter Olympics, and China has taken a series of measures to ensure the health and safety of the Olympic participants and the related personnel.
中国有信心举办一届安全、精彩的冬奥会。 来自90多个国家和地区的近3000名运动员将参加此次北京冬奥会。我国已采取了一系列措施，确保参赛运动员和相关人员的身体健康和安全。
Facing the challenges posed by the global epidemic, the National Immigration Administration has attached great importance to the safety of entry and exit procedures in the Winter Olympics, and has made great efforts to ensure a safer and more efficient customs clearance and a stricter epidemic prevention for Olympic participants.
面对全球疫情带来的挑战，国家移民管理局高度重视冬奥会人员入出境通关保障工作，全力保障参加冬奥会人员通关更加安全高效、防疫更加严密稳妥。
Relevant Measures✦
1.China will optimize customs clearance inspection process. The flow forecast of the Olympics-related personnel will be strengthened, and the information will be checked in advance. Police on duty will be dynamically deployed according to the entry clearance flow to ensure the safe, orderly and speedy customs clearance for the relevant Olympic participants.
一是优化通关查验流程。加强涉冬奥人员流量预报，提前开展信息核对，根据通关流量动态调配执勤警力，保障涉冬奥人员安全有序快速通关。
2.China will improve service guarantee measures. Border inspection authorities in Beijing and alternate airports has implemented facilitation measures on customs clearance, which means that there are special border inspection lanes for the Winter Olympics, and foreigners' entry cards are exempted, and the Olympics-related personnel can enjoy inspection service without waiting.
二是完善服务保障措施。部署北京和备降机场边防检查机关实行“一专一免”便利通关措施，即开设冬奥边检专用通道、免填外国人入境卡，为涉冬奥人员提供“零等待”查验服务。
3.China will strengthen the epidemic prevention and control. Epidemic Prevention Measures under the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics will be implemented strictly. The relevant Olympic participants shall conduct inspection in special zone to reduce the risk of cross-infection.
三是严格疫情防控。严格落实冬奥防疫管理各项要求，对涉冬奥人员实行专区查验，降低交叉感染风险。
