最近，中国各驻外机构都先后发布了无需PU邀请函即可申请来华工作签证（Z字），且允许家属同行，即也同时开放了S字签证。另外，中国公民及在华具有永久居留资格的外国人的外籍家庭成员可直接凭亲属关系证明等材料申请探亲或家庭团聚签证，即申请Q字签证也不再要求提供PU邀请函！
Recently, some Chinese embassies abroad have successively announced the news that a PU letter will no longer be required for a Z visa, and family members accompanied are allowed, that is, the S visa is also availble without a PU letter. In addition, Foreign family members of Chinese citizens or foreigners with permanent residency in China can directly apply for family visit or family reunion visas with the proof of kinship and other documents, which means no PU letter is required for a Q visa too!

经了解，目前，美国洛杉矶领区、新加坡、日本、丹麦、瑞士、意大利、捷克、波兰、德国等国家及地区已经开始实施这一政策。
It has been known that Los Angeles in USA, Singapore, Japan, Denmark, Switzerland, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland and German have begun this policy. 

今天，我们就来聊聊中国出入境的那些事儿～
So, today, we are gonna talk about entering or leaving China~

外籍人士须持有效护照、中国签证、证件以及卫生检疫证明到指定口岸的边防检查站，填写入境卡，经检查站批准并加盖相关证件后，方可入境。
The foreign travelers must present valid passports, China visas, credentials, and certificates of hygiene quarantine to the frontier inspecting checkpoint of the appointed ports. They are required to fill in an entering card and cannot enter until the inspecting checkpoint approves and have a seal on the relevant credentials.


以下几类人禁止进入中国：
People who are forbidden to enter China:
1、被中国驱逐出境的；
Those who are deported out of China.
2、有恐怖分子或进行暴力和反动活动倾向的；
Those who are considered as possible terrorists or who are thought to undertake violence and subversive activities after entering.
3、有从事走私、贩毒、卖淫活动嫌疑的；
Those who are thought to undertake possible smuggling, drug trafficking, and prostitution activities.
4、精神病患者或患有麻风病、艾滋病、性病、肺结核等传染病的;
Those that are mentally ill or have leprosy, AIDS, venereal diseases, open tuberculosis, and other infectious diseases.
5、无法承担在中国生活所需的；
Those who cannot afford what is needed in China.
6、入境后可能从事危害我国安全和利益活动的。
Those that are considered to be engaged possibly in the activities of endangering the security and the interests of our country after entering.



此外，外籍人士应当在停留签证的期限内离境，并在出境时向口岸边检站出示有效护照或其他有效证件。
Besides, Foreign tourists ought to leave the country within the time limit of being allowed to stay by visa from allocating port and must deliver effective passports or other effective certificates to the port border checkpoint.


以下几类人禁止离开中国：
People Who are Forbidden to Leave the Borders
1、刑事案件的被告人或者人民检察院、公安机关、法院认定的犯罪嫌疑人；
The defendants in a criminal case or the criminal suspects identified by the people's procuratorates, or the public security organs, or the court.
2、人民法院通知因民事未结案件不准出境的；
Those who are not allowed to leave a country because of unsettled civil cases according to the People's court notice.
3、其他违反中国法律，经主管部门认定需要追究的。
Others whose behaviors have violated China's laws and have been identified of the need to pursue by the competent authorities.



边防机关和边防检查站有权拒绝下列人员的出入境活动：
1️⃣ 持有无效证件的；
The people who hold invalid certificates.
2️⃣ 伪造、污损或者伪造他人护照、证件的；
Those that have forged, defaced other people's passports or certificates.
3️⃣ 拒绝接受检查的；
Those that refused to be inspected.
4️⃣ 经公安部、国家安全部禁止入境的。
D. Those that are forbidden to enter by the Ministry of Public Security and the National Security Ministry.
