在今年2月俄乌冲突爆发后，俄罗斯受到西方严厉制裁，俄罗斯国内的去美元化进程不断加速。

当地时间23日，俄罗斯对外经济银行（也就是外经银行）行长表示，目前该银行已不再使用美元和欧元进行交易。

On the 23rd local time, the president of the Russian Foreign Economic Bank said that the bank no longer uses the US dollar and euro for transactions.

据悉，该银行现已完全转向卢布交易，同时也使用友好国家的其他货币，但不再使用美元和欧元进行交易。

It is said that the bank has now fully switched to transactions with ruble, as well as other currencies of friendly countries, but no longer US dollars and euros.

自俄乌冲突爆发后，面对西方的金融制裁，俄罗斯当局呼吁俄企业和个人减持“不友好国家”的货币，将其转换为替代品。

Since the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, in the face of financial sanctions from the West, Russian authorities have called on Russian companies and individuals to reduce their holdings of "unfriendly countries" currencies and convert them into alternatives.

莫斯科交易所也在本月22日表示，将禁止使用美元作为担保交易的抵押品，从而使俄罗斯减少对其实施制裁的国家货币的依赖程度。该交易所网站的声明称，这一政策将于8月29日生效，但并未提供更多细节。

The Moscow Exchange also said on the 22nd of this month that it would ban the use of U.S. dollars as collateral for secured transactions, thereby allowing Russia to reduce its reliance on the currency of countries that impose sanctions on it. A statement on the exchange’s website said the policy would take effect on Aug. 29 but gave no further details.

本月8日，莫斯科交易所就曾表示，将降低其接受的承销交易抵押品的最高金额，其中美元比例从此前的50%减半至25%。

Early on the 8th of this month, the Moscow Exchange said that it would reduce the maximum amount of collateral it accepts for underwriting transactions, of which the proportion of dollar was halved from the previous 50% to 25%.
