8月29日，马士基官网发布消息称，马士基旗下的APM Terminals已达成协议，将出售其在俄罗斯集装箱码头运营商Global Ports Investments PLC (GPI)的30.75%股权给长期合作伙伴Delo Group。
On August 29, Maersk announced on its official website that APM Terminals, a subsidiary of Maersk, has reached an agreement to sell its 30.75% stake in Russian container terminal operator Global Ports Investments PLC (GPI) to its long-term partner Delo Group.
继马士基今年早些时候宣布停止在俄罗斯开展业务后，APMT现已签署了一项具有约束力的协议，在获得监管部门批准的情况下，将其在GPI的全部30.75%股权出售给APMT的长期合资伙伴Delo Group，后者也拥有GPI 30.75%的股份。
Following Maersk's announcement earlier this year to cease operations in Russia, APMT has now signed a binding agreement to sell its entire 30.75% stake in GPI to its long-term joint venture partner Delo Group which also owns 30.75% of GPI, subject to regulatory approval.
APM Terminals首席执行官Keith Svendsen表示，我们很高兴现在已经按照计划与我们的长期合作伙伴Delo完成了这项交易，使我们能够停止在俄罗斯活动，有序地退出GPI。
Keith Svendsen, CEO of APMT, said: "We are delighted that this deal with our long-term partner Delo has now been completed as planned, allowing us to cease our activities in Russia and exit GPI in an orderly manner.
马士基表示，股权转让在获得监管部门批准后进行。随着其在GPI股份的剥离，APMT将不再参与在俄罗斯运营的任何实体或拥有该国的任何资产。
Maersk also stated the stake transfer is subject to regulatory approval. With the divestiture of its stake in GPI, APMT will no longer be involved in any entities operating in Russia or own any assets in the country.
