Therefore, the medical certificate of foreigners adopts the commitment system. Before entering China, foreigners must providea letter of commitment, promising to supplement the health inspection certificate issued by the domestic inspection and quarantine agency after entering and bear all consequences. When applying for the "Work Permit for Foreigners of the People's Republic of China" after entering the country, the health examination certificate issued by the inspection and quarantine agency in China must be provided. Where to get a medical check? Before applying for a work permit or other residency, foreigners going to Guangzhou must go through a physical examination at the Guangzhou International Travel Health Care Center. Only after obtaining a physical examination certificate can they continue to apply for the relevant work permit or residence permit. What’s more, do not participate in strenuous exercise such as long-distance running and adequate sleep will be better. Most importantly, keep fasting before the physical examination.
