澳门特区政府8月30日公布，9月1日起凌晨零时起，所有中国内地、香港及台湾地区的居民无须再受“14天内未赴海外”的限制便可直接入境。
The Macao SAR government announced on August 30 that from 0:00 a.m. on September 1, all residents of mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan will be able to enter Macao directly, cancelling the restriction of "not going overseas within 14 days before entry".
此外，来自香港、台湾或中国以外的国家和地区的人员，若持有指定的41个海外国家或地区的护照，不须再经卫生当局批准，可直接进入澳门。
In addition, people from areas other than Hong Kong, Taiwan or mainland who hold passports from the designated 41 overseas countries or regions can enter Macau directly without the approval of the health authorities.
涉及国家包括澳洲、奥地利、比利时、巴西、英国、汶莱、加拿大、捷克、丹麦、爱沙尼亚、芬兰、法国、德国、希腊、匈牙利、冰岛、爱尔兰、以色列、意大利、日本、南韩、拉脱维亚、列支敦士登、立陶宛、卢森堡、马来西亚、马耳他、荷兰、新西兰、挪威、波兰、葡萄牙、罗马尼亚、新加坡、斯洛伐克共和国、斯洛文尼亚、西班牙、瑞典、瑞士、泰国及美国。
Designated countries include Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, United Kingdom, Brunei, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand and the United States.
其他国家或地区人员，若符合下列情况，经卫生当局事先批准，可入境澳门。
Persons from other countries or regions may enter Macao if they meet the following conditions and obtain prior approval from the health authorities.
Spouse or other family member of a Macao resident.
Hold a Permit to Stay as Employee.
3️⃣ 持有“以工作为目的的入境凭证”或治安警察局“雇员身份的逗留许可”申请初审通过的“申请文件回执”的人士；
Possess Entry Permission for Work Purposes or Preliminary Approval for Permit to Stay as Employee issued by the Public Security Police (PSP).
4️⃣ 已获批专业外地雇员家庭成员的"逗留特别许可"的人士；
Family members of professional non-resident workers, with approval to stay.
5️⃣ 已取得由澳门特区有权限机关发出的"居留许可"的人士；
Bear a permit to stay issued by the Macau government.
International students accepted by any local higher education institutions.
7️⃣ 来澳处理紧急和重要的商务、公务或私人事务的人士。
Those visiting Macau for “emergency business, official or private matters”.
无论是否需要卫生局事先批准，入境者仍须在登机、登车或登船时及在入境时出示核酸检测阴性证明，且持有澳门的医学观察酒店预订确认书等证明文件，并在入境后接受至少7天的集中隔离医学观察和3天自我健康管理。
Regardless of whether or not prior approval from the health authority is required, entrants are still required to present a negative nucleic acid test report when boarding and upon entry, and hold supporting documents such as Macau's Hotel Reservation Confirmation. And after entering the country, they need to conduct at least 7 days of centralized isolation and 3 days of self-health monitoring.
同时亦需满足政府要求的疫苗接种要求，即12至17岁须接种2针，18岁以上至少打3针。
At the same time, they shall be vaccinated before as required by the government, that is, 2 doses for 12 to 17 years old, and at least 3 doses for 18 years old and above.
另外，外交部驻澳门公署在8月30日的论坛上宣布，将为进入横琴的外籍人士提供签证便利。
A Chinese diplomatic official has announced at a forum in Macau that visas will become available to facilitate foreigners’ entries to Hengqin alone.

从9月1日起，为在澳永久居民外籍人士颁发5年多次签证；为非永久居民外籍人士颁发与其身份证有效期一致的多次签证；为在澳专业外籍雇员颁发1年多次签证；为临时来澳参加会展的外籍人士颁发3个月多次签证。
From September 1, Permanent residents of Macau of foreign nationalities will be eligible to apply for multiple-entry visas that are valid for five years. Non-permanent residents will be eligible to apply for multiple-entry visas that are valid for the validity of their Macau IDs. Specialized non-resident workers will be eligible to apply for multiple-entry visas with a validity period of a year. Foreign visitors to Macau who have the need to visit Hengqin for convention and exhibition purposes will be eligible for multiple visas that are valid for three months.
