5月4日，北京市疫情防控新闻发布会通报，调整北京有关风险人员隔离管理措施。其中关于入境人员的入境要求也进行了调整。On May 4, the Beijing Press Conference on Epidemic Prevention and Control announced that the quarantine measures for relevant risk personnel in Beijing would be adjusted. Among them, the entry requirements for inbound people would also been adjusted.一是入境口岸为北京的，调整为实施“10天集中隔离+7天居家隔离”。10天集中隔离期满后，若目的地为北京,需闭环转运至社区,实施7天居家隔离,在京无固定居所、不具备居家隔离条件的继续实施4天集中隔离;若目的地不为北京,则需继续实施4天集中隔离,之后方可离京。隔离期间，按规范进行核酸检测与抗原自测。All inbound passengers arriving in Beijing will be required to undergo "10-day centralized quarantine + 7-day home quarantine". If the destination is Beijing, they need to be transferred to the community in a closed-loop after the 10-day centralized quarantine and a 7-day home quarantine will be implemented. Those who do not have a fixed residence in Beijing and do not have conditions for home isolation will be required to take another 4-day centralized quarantine. If the destination is not Beijing, another 4-day centralized quarantine is needed before leaving Beijing. During the quarantine period, nucleic acid testing and antigen self-testing shall be carried out according to the norms.
二是入境口岸为国内其他地区的，若在当地集中隔离满14天，即可参照国内人员政策进京；不满14天，原则上不得进京；不满14 天进京的，居家隔离补足14天，不具备居家隔离条件的进行集中隔离。All inbound passengers arriving in other cities of the country can enter Beijing complying with the policy for domestic personnel entering Beijing after 14-day centralized quarantine locally. In principle, those who haven’t been quarantined for full 14 days will not be allowed to enter Beijing. Once entering, the home quarantine will be supplemented for 14 days, and those who do not meet the conditions for home isolation will be quarantined in a centralized manner.上述政策措施自发布之日起执行。Requirements above-mentioned are effective from May 4.
