据彭博社报道，消息人士透露，中国正在讨论是否将内地的入境隔离时间缩短至 “2+5”，即2天集中隔离和5天居家健康监测。目前还不清楚新的隔离规定是否全国适用，以及是否适用于所有人群。

As Bloomberg reported, sources said that a “2+5” quarantine policy for entering mainland is being discussed, that is two days of centralized quarantine and five days of home isolation. It is not clear whether this new rule is applicable nationwide or for all people.

但国家卫健委未有回应有关说法。

However, the National Health Commission has made no comfirm on this information.

目前中国内地的入境隔离要求为“7+3”，即7天集中隔离和3天居家健康监测。且需在集中隔离的第1、2、3、5、7天各开展一次核酸检测，在居家健康监测的第3天开展一次核酸检测。

At present, the entry quarantine requirements in mainland are "7+3", that is, 7 days of centralized qurantine and 3 days of home isolation. Besides, nucleic acid tests shall be carried out on the first, second, third, fifth and seventh days of centralized isolation, and on the third day of home isolation.

全国人大常委谭耀宗表示“暂未听到相关说法”。目前情况下，患者一般在感染病毒后三到四天内发病，所以整体方向将会是压缩检疫天数，专家会视乎数据决定相关措施。

Tan Yaozong, member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, said that "I haven't heard anything about it yet". At present, patients usually get sick within three to four days after being infected with the virus, so we are trying to shorten the quarantine time. Experts will decide relevant measures depending on the data.

另外他还表示，香港地区当时放宽入境隔离政策也是从七天酒店隔离跳到“3+4”（三天酒店隔离+四天居家医学监察），要按部就班处理，原则上内地入境隔离一下子变成“2+5”的可能性不高。

Moreover, he said that the relaxation of entry quarantine policy in Hong Kong was just shortened from 7 days of hotel quarantine to "3+4" (three days of hotel isolation + four days of home isolation). Therefore, in principle, the possibility of mainland quarantine time suddenly becoming "2+5" is not high.

目前，中国香港特区从9月26日起，改变入境检疫隔离政策为“0＋3”，无需酒店集中隔离；并取消抵港人士登机前核酸检测要求，以快速检测代替。

Since September 26, the Hong Kong SAR of China has changed the entry quarantine policy to "0+3" with no need for centralized isolation in hotels. The nucleic acid testing before boarding for arriving passengers is cancelled and replaced by lateral flow test.

中国台湾从10月13日起，取消入境隔离政策。根据新的“0+7”防疫政策，入境台湾人士不必居家或在旅店隔离，只需进行7天自主防疫。

Taiwan has cancelled the entry quarantine from October 13. According to the new "0+7" policy, people entering Taiwan do not have to isolate at home or in hotels, but only need to carry out self-prevention for 7 days.

中国澳门方面，因为仍需与大陆保持免隔离通关，因此无法放宽旅客入境免隔离。

As for Macao, as it still needs to maintain quarantine-free cooperation with the mainland, it is hard to relax the quarantine requirements in a near future.

不过中国航空公司已经开始增加国际航班，这也表明中国内地正在逐步恢复与国际的客运联系。

However, Chinese airlines have begun to increase international flights, which indicates that the mainland is gradually restoring its passenger transport links with the world.

南航、东航、海航和春秋航空都在不同程度上恢复或开通了多条港澳、国际航线。

China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, Hainan Airlines and Spring Airlines have all resumed or opened routes to Hong Kong, Macao and overseas.
