白俄罗斯中央银行13日在官网发布消息说，自7月15日起将人民币纳入其货币篮子。

The National Bank of Belarus announced on its official website on the 13th that it will include CNY in its currency basket from July 15.

白俄罗斯央行说，人民币在其货币篮子中的权重将为10%，俄罗斯卢布权重为50%，美元和欧元权重分别为30%和10%。

It said the CNY would have a 10 percent weight in its currency basket, the Russian ruble would be 50 percent, and the dollar and euro would be 30 percent and 10 percent, respectively.

白央行表示，做出这一决定主要是考虑到2022年该国外汇证券交易所外汇交易额及外贸结构的变化。人民币被纳入其货币篮子后，白俄罗斯卢布兑换人民币、美元、欧元及俄罗斯卢布的官方汇率将根据白俄罗斯外汇证券交易所的交易结果决定。

The decision was made mainly in consideration of changes in the foreign exchange transaction volume and foreign trade structure in 2022. After CNY is included in its currency basket, the official exchange rate of the Belarusian ruble to CNY, dollar, euro and Russian ruble will be determined according to the trading results of the Belarusian foreign exchange stock exchange.

在俄乌冲突爆发后，随着针对俄罗斯的一系列制裁不断实施，白俄罗斯也同样受到极大影响。随着卢布被剔除国际贸易支付系统后，白俄罗斯的贸易也受到限制，因此白俄罗斯急于寻求另外的货币。

After the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, as a series of sanctions against Russia continued to be implemented and the ruble removed from the international trade payment system, Belarus' trade has been greatly restricted, so Belarus is eager to find another currency.

由于俄乌冲突，美元及欧元显然已不是最佳选择，这时人民币就成为最佳选择。

The US dollar and the euro are obviously not the best choice to Belarus now, but CNY is.

一方面，在全球疫情持续的这两年多里，中国经济保持了稳定，是全球为数不多的保持稳定的国家；另一方面，人民币也越来越受到国际市场的认可。

On the one hand, China's economy has kept stable growth for more than two years when the global epidemic lasted, becoming one of the few countries with such achievements. On the other hand, CNY is increasingly recognized by the international market.

此次白俄罗斯将人民币纳入货币篮子，并使其权重与欧元列在同等地位，也显示了人民币的巨大潜力，人民币的国际化进程已势不可挡。
