This year, the state has introduced a series of policies for easing the difficulties of businesses, stabilizing employment and enabling people's wellbeing, with subsidies covering companies, laid-off workers, college graduates and so on. Come and check what subsidies are available!

一次性留工培训补助
One-time Subsidy for On-the-job Training

2022年1月1日至12月31日，出现1个（含）以上中高风险疫情地区的市或县，可对因新冠肺炎疫情严重影响暂时无法正常生产经营的各类企业，按每名参保职工不超过500元的标准发放一次性留工培训补助。

From January 1st to December 31st, 2022, all kinds of enterprises in cities or counties with more than one (inclusive) medium-and-high-risk epidemic areas that are temporarily stopped from normal production and operation by the COVID-19, may apply for a one-time subsidy for on-the-job training of no more than 500 yuan per insured employee.

一次性扩岗补助
One-time Subsidy for Employment

对招用毕业时间为2022年1—12月且取得普通高等学校毕业证书的普通高校毕业生，签订劳动合同，并为其缴纳失业保险费1个月以上的企业，可以按每招用1人不超过1500元的标准发放一次性扩岗补助。

Enterprises that sign labor contracts with graduates who have graduated from January to December 2022 with graduation certificates of ordinary colleges and universities, and pay unemployment insurance premiums for them for more than one month, may apply for one-time subsidy for employment a standard of not exceeding 1,500 yuan per recruitment.

失业保险金
Unemployment Insurance Benefits

参保缴费1年以上、非因本人意愿中断就业的失业人员，可向失业保险经办机构申领失业保险金。

Unemployed persons who have participated in the insurance and paid premiums for over one year may apply for unemployment insurance benefits to the unemployment insurance agency, if their employments are interrupted without their own will.

● 用人单位和本人累计缴费满1年不足5年的，领取失业保险金的期限最长为12个月；

If the employer and the person have made contributions for over one year but less than five years, the maximum period for receiving unemployment insurance benefits is 12 months.

● 累计缴费满5年不足10年的，领取失业保险金的期限最长为18个月；

For those who have paid contributions for over 5 years but less than 10 years, the maximum period for receiving unemployment insurance benefits is 18 months.

● 累计缴费10年以上的，领取失业保险金的期限最长为24个月。

For those who have paid contributions for over 10 years, the maximum period for receiving unemployment insurance benefits is 24 months.

失业补助金、临时生活补助
Unemployment Allowance & Temporary Cost-of -living Allowance

对领取失业保险金期满仍未就业的失业人员、不符合领取失业保险金条件的参保失业人员，发放失业补助金；

Unemployed persons who have not yet been employed at the end of the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits, and who do not meet the conditions for receiving unemployment insurance benefits may apply for unemployment allowances.

对参保不满1年的失业农民工，发放临时生活补助。

Temporary cost-of-living allowances will be delivered to unemployed migrant workers who have been insured for less than 1 year.

保障范围为2022年1月1日至12月31日期间新发生的参保失业人员。

These allowances cover insured persons who lay off during January 1 and December 31, 2022.

社会保险补贴
Subsidy in Social Insurance Costs

小微企业招用毕业年度和离校2年内未就业高校毕业生，与之签订1年以上劳动合同并为其缴纳社会保险费的，按其为高校毕业生实际缴纳的社会保险费给予补贴，不包括个人缴纳部分，期限最长不超过1年。

Small and micro enterprises that sign labor contracts with college graduates who have not been employed within 2 years of graduation, and pay social insurance premiums for them, will be subsidized based on the social insurance premiums actually paid (not including the personal contribution part), with a maximum period of no more than 1 year.

对离校2年内未就业的高校毕业生灵活就业后缴纳的社会保险费，给予一定数额的社会保险补贴，补贴标准原则上不超过其实际缴费的2/3，补贴期限最长不超过2年。

For college graduates who have not been employed within 2 years of graduation and later became flexible employment, they will be subsidized in respect of social insurance premiums. In principle, the amount of subsidy will not exceed 2/3 of the actual payment with a maximum period of no more than 2 year.

就业见习补贴
Subsidy for Providing Internship Opportunities

对吸纳离校2年内未就业高校毕业生、16—24岁失业青年参加就业见习的单位，给予一定标准的就业见习补贴，用于见习单位支付见习人员见习期间基本生活费、为见习人员办理人身意外伤害保险，以及对见习人员的指导管理费用。

For units that recruit college graduates who have not been employed within 2 years of graduation and unemployed youths aged 16-24 to participate in internships, a certain amount of subsidy will be given to pay the basic living expenses, personal accident insurance premiums as well as the training fee for the intern during the internship.

对见习人员见习期满留用率达到50%以上的单位，可适当提高见习补贴标准。对见习期未满与高校毕业生签订劳动合同的，给予见习单位剩余期限见习补贴。

For units with a retention rate of more than 50%, the subsidy standard may be appropriately improved. For those who sign labor contracts with college graduates before the end of internship, the remaining subsidy will also be guaranteed.

一次性求职创业补贴
One-time Allowance for Job-seeking and Entrepreneurship

对毕业学年有就业创业意愿并积极求职创业的低保家庭、贫困残疾人家庭、原建档立卡贫困家庭和特困人员中的高校毕业生和中等职业学校（含技工院校）毕业生，残疾及获得国家助学贷款的高校毕业生和中等职业学校（含技工院校）毕业生，给予一次性求职创业补贴。

A one-time allowance for job-seeking and entrepreneurship will be granted to college graduates and secondary vocational school (including technical colleges) graduates who come from low-income families, impoverished disabled families, registered impoverished families and poverty-stricken groups, as well as college graduates and secondary vocational school (including technical colleges) graduates with disabilities and state student loans, if they have the willingness and enthusiasm to work and start a business in the graduation year.

职业培训补贴和职业技能鉴定补贴
Subsidies for Vocational Training and Vocational Skills Appraisal

对参加就业技能培训和创业培训的贫困家庭子女、毕业年度高校毕业生、城乡未继续升学的应届初高中毕业生、农村转移就业劳动者、城镇登记失业人员等五类人群，培训后取得职业资格证书的（或职业技能等级证书、专项职业能力证书、培训合格证书，下同），给予一定标准的职业培训补贴。

A certain standard of vocational training subsidies will be given to five groups of people, including children from poor families, college graduates in the year of graduation, fresh junior high and high school graduates who have not continued their studies in urban and rural areas, rural migrant workers, and urban registered unemployed persons, who have participated in employment skills training and entrepreneurship training and obtained vocational qualification certificates (or vocational skill level certificate, special vocational ability certificate, training qualification certificate, the same below) after training.

对通过初次职业技能鉴定并取得职业资格证书（不含培训合格证）的五类人群，给予职业技能鉴定补贴。

Subsidy for vocational skills appraisal will be given to the five groups of people above who have passed the initial vocational skills appraisal and obtained vocational qualification certificates (excluding training certificates).
