近年来，疫情不断反复，各大银行由原本只能香港分行见证开户的模式，逐渐增加了大陆见证或视频见证，为不能过港开户客户提供更多的开户机会，且减去不少麻烦。

香港银行经理对开户资料的初步查册；
Preliminary examination of the documents for account opening from the manager of the HK bank.
查册通过后，安排香港经理通过电话或视频形式对申请人进行尽职调查；
After passing the examination, the manager will conduct due diligence on the applicant by phone or video.
安排大陆银行分行见证/通过视频软件/大陆律师等见证（银行不同，见证方式不同）；
Arrange for the witness at the mainland branch of the bank or video witness or witness by a mainland lawyer. Different banks have different ways of witnessing.
大陆银行分行/客户/律师邮寄签字文件到香港；
The mainland branch of the bank or the applicant or the accountant need to mail the signed document to Hong Kong.
开户资料送入香港银行内部审批审查；
Internal approval and review on the documents.
出具账户。

整个流程下来大概需要6到8周的时间。如果在初步查册环节被要求作进一步补充，时间会耗费得更多。
The whole process might take about 6 to 8 weeks. If further supplements are requested during the preliminary examination, it can take more.
另外，银行内部审批审查环节要对申请人、申请公司主体、交易文件、资金上下游等方面进行深度审查，并且还要经过层层审批，所以该环节会耗费一定时间！
