导读：什么人可以申请中国绿卡？

很多来找我们办签证的客户，都会抱怨一二申请中国签证的繁琐，不仅材料要求繁多，审查还很严格，而且有效期也不算很长。
Many our clients have complained about the tedious application of China visas. Not only the documents required are numerous, but the review is also very strict. Even if you get a visa, the validity period of it is not very long.

此外，外籍人士在中国还需要随身携带护照，否则就坐不了高铁、飞机等交通工具，也入住不了酒店。
Besides, foreigners also need to carry their passports with them in China, otherwise, they will only feel helpless when just buying a train/plane ticket or booking a hotel room. 

这必然是十分不方便的，尤其对于在中国长期生活的外籍人士或者想要回国探亲或工作的外籍华人来说。
It is extremely inconvenient, especially for foreigners who tend to stay in China for a long time or foreign Chinese who want to go back to China to visit relatives or work.

但有了中国绿卡就不一样了，
一切问题迎刃而解！
But with a Chinese green card, things change!

绿卡可以说是永居许可、工作许可和身份证的结合，这意味着你入境中国不再需要签证，也可以在华工作（无需申请工作许可），在住房、教育、投资等方面拥有与中国公民一样的权利。但中国绿卡一般只有10年的有效期，有时仅有5年。
The Chinese Green Card is a combination Permanent Residence Permit, work permit, and identification card with a ten (sometimes five) year validity. It means you don't need a visa anymore, you can work the same as a Chinese citizen (no require for a work permit), and it also means you have the same rights as a citizen when it comes to housing, education, investment and so on. 

但绿卡并不等同于中国国籍，中国不承认双重国籍或多重国籍，所以如果想成为中国公民，就需要取消原来的国籍。中国绿卡持有者没有选举权、竞选权或参军权。
Chinese Green Card is not the equivalent of Chinese nationality. Presently China does not recognize dual or multiple nationalities. So, if one wants to become a Chinese national, he will need to cancel his original nationality status. Holders of the Chinese Green Card do not have the right to vote, run for election, or serve in the military.

据我们调查，每年续签的不确定性是申请永久居留权的首要原因，而且，若外籍人士超过60岁之后，申请来华签证会越来越难。
According to our survey, the uncertainty of renewing visas every year was the number one reason for applying for permanent residence. And it will become more and more difficult to apply for a visa to China if a foreigner is over 60 years old.

如果您已经来华一段时间，打算继续来华或在华，为什么不试试申请绿卡呢？
If you have been in China for a while and plan to keep coming and staying in China, why not try for a green card?

中国规定，申请来华永久居留的外国人必须身体健康，无犯罪记录，并至少符合以下条件之一：
China stipulates that foreigners applying for permanent residence in China must be in good health, have no criminal record, and meet at least one of the following requirements:


01
投资类 Investment 
在中国直接投资、连续三年投资情况稳定且纳税记录良好。
Be a direct investor in China with stable investment for three consecutive years and good tax record.
● 在国家颁布的《外商投资产业指导目录》鼓励类产业投资合计50万美元以上；
Invest a total of more than US$500,000 in industries encouraged by the "Catalogue for the Guidance of Foreign Investment Industries" promulgated by the country.
● 在中国西部地区和国家扶贫开发工作重点县投资合计50万美元以上；
Invest a total of more than US$500,000 in western China and key counties of national poverty alleviation and development.
● 在中国中部地区投资合计100万美元以上；
Invest a total of more than 1 million US dollars in central China.
● 在中国其他地区投资合计200万美元以上。
Invest a total of more than 2 million US dollars in other regions of China.

任职类 Educational and occupational experience 
在中国担任副总经理、副厂长等职务以上或者具有副教授、副研究员等副高级职称以上以及享受同等待遇，已连续任职满四年、四年内在中国居留累计不少于三年且纳税记录良好的。
Serve as deputy general manager, deputy factory director or above in China, or have deputy senior titles such as associate professor, associate researcher, etc., and enjoy the same treatment, for four consecutive years, and reside in China for no less than three years in the past four years, and have good tax records.

此外，外籍人士的年收入还需要达到当地平均工资的四倍/六倍。
Foreigners should have a job with an annual income that is no less than four/six times than the average local salary respectively.

特殊贡献类 Recognized achievements
为中国经济社会发展做出重大贡献或具备中国紧缺技能的国际人才。
International talents who have made a great contribution to China’s economic and social development, or possess a skill especially needed by China.

亲属投靠类 Family relationship
✦ 中国公民或已取得中国永居的外籍人士的未满18周岁的未婚子女;
An unmarried minor under 18 born to a Chinese citizen or a foreigner already with permanent residence status in China.

✦ 与中国公民或已取得中国永居的外籍人士结婚五年以上，婚姻关系存续满五年、已在中国连续居留满五年、每年在中国居留不少于九个月且有稳定生活保障和住所的；
Being the spouse of a Chinese citizen or of a foreigner with permanent residence status in China, in a marriage relationship for at least five years, with at least five successive years of residence in China and at least nine months of residence in China each year, and having stable source of subsistence and a dwelling place.

✦ 在境外无直系亲属，投靠境内直系亲属，且年满60周岁、已在中国连续居留满五年、每年在中国居留不少于九个月并有稳定生活保障和住所的。
Being a person who is or above 60 years old, who has no direct relative abroad and is to turn to any directive relative in China, and has stayed in China for at least five successive years with at least nine- month residence in China each year, and has stable source of subsistence and a dwelling place.

另外，对于具有博士学位的外籍华人，即使不满足上述条件，也可以申请在华永久居留。
In addition, foreign Chinese with a doctorate degree can apply for permanent residence in China even if they do not meet the above conditions.
