导读：跨省旅游新规定！跨省出行需持48小时核酸阴性证明！
15日，文化和旅游部发布通知，推动文化和旅游行业防控工作更加科学化、精准化。
On the 15th, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism issued a notice to promote more scientific and accurate prevention and control of the culture and tourism industry.

根据最新风险区划定管理办法，跨省旅游经营活动不再与风险区实施联动管理。跨省游客须凭48小时内核酸检测阴性证明乘坐跨省交通工具，且对跨省游客要求“落地检”。
According to the latest measure on delimiting and managing risk areas, cross-provincial tour activities will no longer implement linkage management with risk areas. Cross provincial tourists must provide a negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours to take cross provincial transportation vehicles. And cross provincial tourists are required to take a PCR test upon arrival.

但旅行社和在线旅游企业经营出入境团队旅游及“机票+酒店”业务仍继续暂停。另外，暂不恢复陆地边境口岸城市团队旅游业务。
However, travel agencies and online tourism enterprises should continue to suspend the business of entry-exit team tourism and "air ticket plus hotel" service. In addition, the group tourism of land border port cities will not be resumed temporarily.

进入A级旅游景区和入住星级旅游饭店的人员需出示健康码和72小时内核酸检测阴性证明。
Those who enter A-level tourist attractions and stay in star-rated hotels need to show their health codes and nucleic acid test negative reports within 72 hours.

公共文化单位、文化和旅游经营单位强化卫生管理，加强通风消毒，按照“限量、预约、错峰”要求，对入场人员数量进行动态调控，落实扫码、测温、查验核酸检测阴性证明等疫情防控措施。
Public cultural units and cultural and tourism business units should strengthen health management, strengthen ventilation and disinfection, dynamically regulate the number of people entering the site according to the requirements of "limit, appointment and peak shift", and implement epidemic prevention and control measures such as code scanning, temperature measurement, and checking negative nucleic acid test reports.

一旦因疫情发生游客滞留，应按照分类施策、分批转运、安全有序、严防外溢的原则，科学组织实施滞留游客返程工作。
In case of stranded tourists due to epidemic situation, scientific organization and implementation of the return work of stranded tourists shall be carried out in accordance with the principles of classified measures, batch transfer, safety and order, and strict prevention of spillovers.
