在关闭账户之前，会先通过邮件或电话方式通知你账户需要被冻结并调查，如果不想账户被关，则需要及时回复银行并配合调查。

一般来说，香港公司银行帐户被关闭后，帐户内余额的处理方式有以下几种。

网银汇款

如果银行通知客户的香港公司账户即将关闭，但尚未关闭，这时可通过网银汇走余额。
If only the closing notice is received and the account has not been closed, the balance in it can be transferred through online banking.

本票汇款 

Remittance via promissory note  


客户也可要求银行以“本票”形式邮寄到香港公司通讯地址，再进行入帐公司其他账户，即同名账户。如果没有同名账户，建议尽快申请一个新帐户后，再向银行客服申请开立银行本票，因为银行本票是有有效期的。
You can also ask the bank to mail the "promissory note" to the mailing address of your Hong Kong company, and then remit it to other accounts of the company, that is, accounts with the same name. If there is no account with the same name, it is recommended to apply for a new account as soon as possible, and then apply for bank promissory notes, because the promissory note has a valid period.

亲临香港注销帐户并提款

有些情况下，银行会要求公司负责人亲临银行处理被冻结账户里的余额，则需要本人去到香港银行各大分行索取对应表格填写，并排队交由柜台客户经理处理。
In some cases, the bank will require the person in charge of the company to come to the bank to deal with the balance in the frozen account, so he/she needs to go to the bank branches to get some corresponding forms to fill in and queue up for the counter customer manager.
