但各地疫情时有出现，在感受假期快乐之时也不要掉以轻心～小编特意为大家整理了几点国庆假期出行须知～

But the epidemic occurs from time to time in places, so we still need to pay attention to the prevention and protection during the holiday. Here are something you need know~

近日广东省新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥办向广大市民朋友发出以下提醒。

Guangdong COVID-19 Prevention and Control Command Center releases a National Day holiday travel guide for residents.

倡导在本地过节。

It's encouraged to stay put during the holiday.

尽量选择在本地过节，减少跨省、跨地市出行。避免前往中高风险区所在县（市、区），非必要不前往中高风险区所在地市。

Residents are suggested to stay put during National Day holiday as much as possible, reduce cross-province or cross-city travel. Avoid traveling to the county-level regions that have medium or high-risk areas; and do not travel to cities with medium or high-risk areas unless necessary.

中高风险区所在县（市、区）人员限制出行，确需出行的须持48小时内两次核酸检测（每次间隔24小时）阴性证明和健康码“绿码”。

People in county-level regions that have medium or high-risk areas are restricted from traveling, and those who do need to travel should hold two negative nucleic acid test results within 48 hours (with an interval of 24 hours) and a green health code.

合理安排假期出行。

Arrange travel plans properly.

在出行前，可提前了解目的地病例报告及中高风险地区情况，也可向各地疫情防控指挥部咨询，随时了解疫情防控信息和目的地相关防疫政策，合理安排出行。

Residents are advised to check the COVID-19 situation, risk areas as well as policies about the destination in advance. They can also consult local epidemic prevention and control centers to keep abreast of epidemic prevention and control information and policies of the destination, so as to arrange travel properly.

出行落实防控要求。

Exercise protection measures during travel.

乘坐飞机、高铁、列车、跨省长途客运汽车、跨省客运船舶等交通工具时，需持有48小时内核酸检测阴性证明。

Residents need to hold a negative nucleic acid test result within 48 hours when taking planes, high-speed rails, trains, as well as cross-provincial coaches and ships.

入住宾馆、酒店和进入旅游景区，需持有健康码“绿码”和72小时内核酸阴性证明。

To check into hotels and enter tourist attractions, residents need to hold a green health code and a negative nucleic acid certificate within 72 hours.

到景区景点等公共场所参观时，遵循“限量、预约、错峰”要求，配合测温、健康码查验，主动扫“场所码”。

When visiting public places, for example scenic spots, it's recommended to make reservations and choose off-peak travel. Cooperate with temperature and health code check, and venue code scans.

抵粤做好健康管理。

Conduct self-health monitoring upon returning to Guangdong.

对7日内有疫情高风险区旅居史的来返粤人员实施7天集中隔离。

7-day centralized quarantine will be implemented for those entering Guangdong with a travel history to high-risk areas over the past 7 days.

对7日内有疫情中风险区旅居史的来返粤人员实施7天居家隔离（如不具备居家隔离条件，采取集中隔离）。

7-day home quarantine will be implemented for those entering Guangdong with a travel history to medium-risk areas over the past 7 days. If the conditions for home isolation are not available, centralized isolation shall be adopted.

对7日内有低风险区旅居史的来返粤人员，抵粤后要求3天内进行2次核酸检测。

Those with a travel history to medium-risk areas over the past 7 days, are required to undergo 2 nucleic acid tests within 3 days after arriving in Guangdong.

国庆假期前后，所有跨省、跨市出行人员返回后要及时开展核酸三天两检。

All cross-province or cross-city travelers should take 2 nucleic acid tests in 3 days after they come back.

主动进行信息申报。

Report if you've COVID-19 related tracks.

若抵粤后发现近7天到过中高风险地区以及有本土疫情报告的城市、与阳性人员同乘交通工具或活动轨迹有交集，请第一时间在“粤省事”小程序“入粤申报”版块申报，并主动向所在单位、居住酒店、目的地社区报备，并配合做好疫情防控措施。

If you find that you have been to any medium, high-risk areas and cities with local epidemics, have been on the same vehicle or with overlapped tracks with positives over the past 7 days, please report to the employer/hotel/destination community, or report via the "Ruyue Shengbao" (入粤申报) section of the "Yueshengshi" (粤省事) mini-program, and cooperate with epidemic prevention and control measures.

受疫情不稳定性的影响，周边自驾游仍是假期主流。

The short-distance trip, such as local and surrounding tours, remains mainstream during the holiday due to some uncertainties brought by the pandemic.

广州市内在假期暂停了“开四停四”规则，如果出行日期规划得好，可以从9月27日一直开到10月11日，连续开15天。

Guangzhou will suspend the rule that vehicles not prefixed with “粤A” will be banned for four days after they have operated in the city for four days. If you plan your travel well, you might be able to drive your car in Guangzhou from September 27 to October 11, for 15 consecutive days.

另外，国庆假期期间高速是免费通行的！ 10月1日0时至10月7日24时期间，7座(包括7座)以下小型客车通过人工车道或ETC车道驶入、驶出高速均可免费通行，无需缴纳高速费。

Moreover, the expressway is free during the holiday! From October 1st 00:00 to October 7th 24:00, small passenger cars with less than 7 seats (including 7 seats) can enter and exit the expressway through artificial lanes or ETC lanes without any payments.

# 提醒 Reminder #

2022年国庆节期间（10月1日至7日），广州市全市公安出入境服务窗口暂停对外办公。其中，市公安局中国公民出入境接待大厅、市公安局外国人入出境接待大厅10月2日（星期日）和10月5日（星期三）受理急事急办申请，办公时间为9:00-12:00、13:00-17:00。10月8日、9日正常办公。

During the National Day holiday in 2022 (October 1-7), the exit and entry service windows of Guangzhou municipal public security will be closed. Among them, the entry-exit reception hall of the Municipal Public Security Bureau for Chinese citizens and the entry-exit reception hall for foreigners will accept urgent applications on October 2 (Sunday) and October 5 (Wednesday). The office hours are 9:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00. Normal work will be back on October 8 and 9.
