澳门卫生局宣布，自本周三(11月30日)凌晨零时起，由香港、台湾或中国以外国家和地区前往澳门的人士，在登机、登船或登车时，仍须照样出示采样日后48小时内的核酸检测证明，否则不可登机、登船或登车。
The Macao Health Bureau announced that since 00:00 on Wednesday (Nov. 30th), people from Hong Kong, Taiwan or other countries and regions outside China to Macao still need to show their nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours after the sampling date when boarding. Otherwise, no boarding will be allowed.
即使核酸结果为阳性，但Ct值为35或以上的人士亦可入境，即无感染及病毒量极低的人士均可入境澳门。
However, even if the nucleic acid result is positive, people with a Ct value of 35 or above can also enter Macao, that is, people without infection and with a very low amount of virus can enter Macao.
这项新调整参考了国务院日前公布的20条优化防控措施，同时也考虑到在香港、台湾或外国逗留人士感染率高，有些已康复人士会反覆出现“复阳”现象(即体内残留病毒)，但无传染性。

实践研究证明，在恢复期的患者，Ct值35的时候，样本中是分离不出活病毒的，这意味着某些患者已经不具有传染性了。

入境者需要出示一份无染疫的检测结果证明，有效期为采样日后48小时内；又或者同时出示两份结果为染疫，但CT值均为>=35的核酸检测证明，两份检测的采样时间相隔至少24小时，但不可超过72小时，有效期为最近一次检测采样日后48小时内。
