导读：3月15日起恢复审发外国人各类赴华签证，包括旅游签！疫情前办理的赴华签证可正常入境！

中国各驻外大使馆纷纷发布通知，宣布对外国人来华签证及入境政策进行调整。

Chinese embassies stationed abroad have issued notices announcing that adjustments will be made to the visa and entry policies for foreigners.

通知中称，自北京时间 2023 年 3 月 15 日零时起，恢复 2020 年 3 月 28 日前签发且仍在有效期内的签证入境功能。

Starting from 0:00 on March 15, 2023, Beijing time, the entry function of visas issued before March 28, 2020 and remains valid will be restored.

也就是说，若外籍人士此前办理的赴华签证尚在有效期，包括十年多次的旅游签或探亲签，那么即将可以持旧签证入境，无需重新申办。

That is to say, if the visa to China previously issued is still valid (including 10-year visa), then the holders will be allowed to enter China without applying for a new visa. 

与此同时，驻外签证机关也将恢复审发外国人各类赴华签证，包括旅游签证；口岸签证机关将恢复审发符合法定事由的各类口岸签证；并恢复海南入境免签、上海邮轮免签，港澳地区外国人组团入境广东免签、东盟旅游团入境广西桂林免签政策。

At the same time, the visa authorities stationed abroad will also resume the issuance of visas for foreigners to China, including tourist visas, and issuance of all types of port visas that meet the statutory requirements; And the visa-free entry to Hainan, visa-free entry for Shanghai cruise passengers, visa-free entry for foreign group tours to Guangdong in the Hong Kong and Macao regions, and visa-free entry for ASEAN tourist groups to Guilin, Guangxi will be restored.

目前，中国驻美国、泰国、阿联酋、迪拜、加蓬、加拿大、法国、捷克、特立尼达和多巴哥、安哥拉等大使馆已相继公布了类似的消息，应该后续会有更多大使馆发布相关消息。

At present, Chinese Embassies in the United States, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Dubai, Gabon, Canada, France, Czech Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, Angola have released similar notices. There might be more to come!

另外，自3月1日起，中国已允许从当地搭乘来华直飞航班人员以抗原检测（包括用试剂盒自测）替代核酸检测，各大航司不再查验48小时核酸阴性结果。

On the 27th, the Chinese Embassy in New Zealand informed that from March 1, passengers taking direct flights from the local areas to China can replace 48-hour nucleic acid testing with antigen testing (including self-testing), and airlines will no longer check relevant reports.

但旅客需要通过微信小程序“海关旅客指尖服务”、掌上海关APP 或网页版(https://htdecl.chinaport.gov.cn）填写《中华人民共和国出/入境健康申明卡》 进行健康申报。

Travelers need to upload the negative testing results to China Customs by filling the Health Declaration Form either on WeChat mini-program of China Customs (scan the QR code below)，or at https://htdecl.chinaport.gov.cn, or via the China Customs APP.

至此，海外来华的限制与疫情前基本无异！
