昨日，国务院联防联控机制综合组发布《关于优化内地与港澳人员往来措施的通知》，内容包括优化港澳入境检疫要求、增加内地与港澳航班、恢复内地赴港签注等。
Yesterday, the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council issued a notice to optimize people-to-people exchanges between the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions (SAR), optimizing the COVID testing requirements of Hong Kong and Macao travelers, increasing the flights between the Mainland and Hong Kong and Macao, and resuming mainland residents' permit applications to Hong Kong.

据通知，相关措施将自2023年1月8日起实施，与取消入境隔离同步进行！
According to the notice, the relevant measures will be effective from January 8, 2023, simultaneously with the cancellation of entry quarantine!
自香港入境人员凭行前48小时新冠病毒感染核酸检测阴性结果入境，将检测结果填入海关健康申明卡。
Personnel from Hong Kong enter the mainland by presenting a negative COVID test result taken 48 hoursbefore departure, are also required to fill in their test results on customs health declaration cards.
自澳门入境人员，如7天内无外国或其他境外地区旅居史，无需凭行前新冠病毒感染核酸检测阴性结果入境。

The authority also announced the resumption of connecting and transit services into the mainland from Hong Kong and Macao international airports, canceling the passenger load restrictions on flights between the two SARs to the mainland and gradually increasing the number of flights in phased manner.
