What is Mother Tongue Teaching?
以英语为例，想要从事英语教育的外籍人士，必须是英语母语系国家出生。以英语为母语或第一语言的国家和地区包括澳大利亚、加拿大、新西兰、新加坡、南非、英国和美国等。
Taking English as an example, foreigners who want to engage in English education must be born in English-speaking countries. The countries and regions where English is the mother tongue or first language include Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, the UK and the US, etc.
如果有教育类、语言类、师范类学士及以上学位，或者持有本国教师资格证，又或者符合国际语言教学证书的要求，还可以免除工作经验要求哦~

办理签证需要让用人单位或指定机构提交许可申请，获批后，就可以申请Z签证或R签证。入境后15天内网上申请办理《外国人工作许可证》。最后，持有效签证入境后30天内，到当地公安局出入境管理部门办理工作类居留许可即可。
To apply for a visa, you need to ask the employer or designated agency to submit a permit application. After being approved, you can apply for a Z visa or an R visa. After entering China, you should apply for Foreigner Work Permit online within 15 days and apply for a work residence permit at the Entry and Exit Administration Department of the Local Public Security Bureau within 30 days.
