11月4日，中国国际航空公司官网发布通知，将对从加拿大与新加坡返回中国的航班登机要求做出多方面调整，包括取消登机前核酸检测的指定机构范围，增加第一入境点等。
On November 4, Air China released a notice on its official website that it would adjust the boarding requirements for passengers coming to China from Canada and Singapore, including canceling the restrictions of designated institutions for pre-boarding nucleic acid testing and adding some first entry points.

取消8家检测机构限制
Cancel the restriction of 8 designated testing institutions

根据中国驻温哥华总领馆最新公告以及国航通知，自2022年11月10日(周四)的CA998航班起，从加拿大搭乘航班赴华的中、外籍旅客需遵守最新的乘机要求。
According to the latest announcement of the Chinese Consulate General in Vancouver and the notice of Air China, from flight CA998 on November 10, 2022 (Thursday), Chinese and foreign passengers who take flights from Canada to China must comply with the latest boarding requirements.

若为未感染人员，须于登机前2天内进行1次核酸检测，登机前1天内进行1次核酸检测，两次核酸检测应间隔24小时以上。
For a person who has never been infected, the nucleic acid test shall be conducted once 2 days before boarding, and once 1 day before boarding. The interval between two nucleic acid tests shall be more than 24 hours.

若为曾确诊或未确诊但核酸检测曾呈阳性人员，须再进行2次核酸检测（采样时间间隔24小时以上）和为期14天的自我健康监测。
If the person was diagnosed with COVID-19 or tested positive for nucleic acid, he/she must undergo two more nucleic acid tests with an interval of more than 24 hours and 14-day self-health monitoring.

与之前的登机要求不同，乘客的行前检测不再局限于8家指定检测点。
Different from the previous boarding requirements, passengers' pre departure tests are no longer limited to 8 designated testing institutions. 

  • 加拿大华人医疗热线（Midtown Medical Centre）

  • 帝国医疗（Imperial Medical Group）

  • 美加福医疗（MEGA FU MEDICAL）

  • 康城医疗（Elicare Lansdowne Medical Clinic）

  • A Plus Travel Tests (Matters of Health Medical Clinic)

  • 加顺医疗（Bon Voyage Medical）

  • PolyCan Health Centre

  • 中央公园旅游医学中心（Central Park Travel Clinic）


这意味着，如果从温哥华以外的城市到温哥华机场乘机来华的乘客无需再提前3-4天抵达温哥华进行检测。
This means that passengers to China who come from other cities to Vancouver Airport do not need to arrive in Vancouver 3-4 days in advance for testings.

但两次核酸检测必须在加拿大当地卫生部门认可且在中国驻加使领馆同一领区的检测机构完成，且不能以快速试剂盒取代实验室检测采样。
However, the two nucleic acid tests must be completed in a testing institution approved by the local health department of Canada and in the same area of the Chinese embassy and consulate in Canada, and the rapid kit will not be accepted.

另外，在办理登机手续前，航司还会要求查验由中国驻加拿大使领馆核发的带“HS”标识的绿色健康码或带“HDC”标识的绿色健康码，及申领健康码时使用的全部检测证明纸质复印件。大家在出行前要准备好相关资料。
In addition, before check-in, the airport will check the green health code with "HS" logo or "HDC" logo issued by the Chinese embassy and consulate in Canada, as well as the paper copies of all the test certificates used when applying for the health code. Remember to prepare all the documents required before your trip. 

增设第一入境点
More first entry points

国航还将对以北京为目的地的多条国际航线增设第一入境点，乘客可以在官网查询入境点安排。
Air China will also open more first entry point for multiple international routes to Beijing. Passengers can check the entry point arrangement on the official website.

旅客须在第一入境点办理入境和行李清关手续，接受检疫检查，按照当地的疫情防控政策进行隔离观察。
Passengers must go through entry and baggage clearance procedures at the first entry point, accept quarantine inspection and isolation according to the local epidemic prevention and control policy.




新加坡 Singapore
根据中国驻新加坡大使馆发布的最新公告，自2022年7月12日起，所有搭乘航班赴华的中、外籍旅客，须于航班起飞前48小时内进行两次核酸PCR检测，两次检测须遵循“交叉检测”原则，采样时间间隔24小时以上。其中，最后一次核酸PCR检测在登机前24小时内进行。
According to the latest announcement issued by the Chinese Embassy in Singapore, from July 12, 2022, all Chinese and foreign passengers taking flights to China must have nucleic acid PCR tests twice within 48 hours before boarding. The two tests should be in "cross testing" with a sampling interval of more than 24 hours. The last nucleic acid PCR test should be conducted 24 hours before boarding.

“交叉检测”指的是采样和检测均需选择不同机构，在同一家诊所采样分送不同检测机构检测或在同一家检测机构进行两次检测均无效。
"Cross testing" refers to that different institutions shall be selected for sampling and testing. Sampling in the same clinic sent to different testing institutions for testing, or two tests in the same testing institution will be considered as invalid.

在办理登机手续前，航司还会要求查验由中国驻新加坡大使馆核发的健康码以及申领健康码时使用的全部检测证明纸质复印件。
Before check-in, the airport will check the health code issued by the Chinese Embassy in Singapore and the paper copies of all test certificates used when applying for the health code.

另外，国航还对检测机构做出了限制，乘客只能选择Raffles Diagnostica、Innoquest Diagnostics和 Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics三家检测机构进行行前检测，其他机构的检测结果将不受认可。
In addition, Air China has also made restrictions on testing institutions. Passengers can only choose Raffles Diagnostics, Innoquest Diagnostics and Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics for pre-trip testing. 

如果是第三地长居人员到新加坡转机直航赴华，要先向中国驻始发地使领馆申请始发地健康码，如实申报来新加坡转机行程，经批准后才能经新加坡转机入境中国。
If a permanent resident of a third place transfers to Singapore for a direct flight to China, he or she should first apply to the Chinese embassy or consulate at the place of departure for the health code, and truthfully report his or her transit trip to Singapore. Only after approval, he or she can transfer to China via Singapore.
