Another relief on entry restrictions!

昨日外交部例行记者会上，发言人毛宁宣布，为进一步便利中外人员往来，本着科学精准、安全有序的原则，中方将进一步优化远端检测安排。

At the routine press conference of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs yesterday, spokesperson Mao Ning announced that in order to further facilitate the exchange of Chinese and foreign personnel, China will further optimize remote testing arrangements based on the principles of science, accuracy, safety and order.

自4月29日起，所有来华人员可以登机前48小时内抗原检测代替核酸检测，航空公司不再查验登机前检测证明。

She also made it clear that, starting April 29, all inbound travelers will only need to show COVID-19 antigen tests result taken within 48 hours before boarding flights, and airlines will no longer check PCR test reports.

但旅客需要通过微信小程序“海关旅客指尖服务”、掌上海关APP 或网页版(https://htdecl.chinaport.gov.cn）填写《中华人民共和国出/入境健康申明卡》 进行健康申报。

Travelers need to upload the negative testing results to China Customs by filling the Health Declaration Form either on WeChat mini-program of China Customs (scan the QR code below)，or at https://htdecl.chinaport.gov.cn, or via the China Customs APP.
