导读：超量携带香烟入境被查！
12月6日，沈阳桃仙机场海关在对进境国际航班机组行李物品进行检查时，发现装有电子烟烟弹26盒（共5200支）的手提袋，当即进行了查扣。On December 6, customs at Shenyang Taoxian Airport found 26 boxes of e-cigarette cartridges (5200 in total) in a handbag when checking the baggage of inbound international flight crew. Those cartridges was seized on the spot. 电子烟属于限制进境物品，超出规定数量或容量携带电子烟进境，海关将依法处理。E-cigarettes are items with restrictions when being brought into China. If the quantity of e-cigarettes exceeds the specified limit, the customs will seize them according to law, and the carrier will be investigated too.
旅客进境可免税携带烟具2个, 电子烟烟弹（液态雾化物）或烟弹与烟具组合销售的产品（包括一次性电子烟等）6个，但合计烟液容量不超过12毫升。Travelers are allowed to carry 2 e-cigarette atomizers duty-free when entering the country, and 6 cartridges (liquid aerosols) or products (including disposable e-cigarettes) sold in combination with cartridges and atomizers, but the total volume of cigarette liquid should not exceed 12ml.
往返港澳地区的旅客可免税携带烟具1个, 电子烟烟弹（液态雾化物）或烟弹与烟具组合销售的产品（包括一次性电子烟等）3个，但合计烟液容量不超过6毫升。Travelers to and from Hong Kong and Macao are allowed to carry 1 e-cigarette atomizers duty-free when entering the country, and 3 cartridges (liquid aerosols) or products (including disposable e-cigarettes) sold in combination with cartridges and atomizers, but the total volume of cigarette liquid should not exceed 6ml.
没有标识烟液容量的电子烟禁止携带进境。E-cigarettes without marked volume of cigarette liquid are prohibited.
不满16周岁的旅客，禁止携带电子烟进境。Travelers under the age of 16 are prohibited from carrying e-cigarettes into China.
不仅是电子烟，对于卷烟、雪茄等烟类，海关对于其入境数量也有严格要求。Actually, not just e-cigarette, the customs have strict requirements on the quantity of all kinds of cigarettes, including cigars.近日，汕头海关所属龙湖海关在邮递渠道对一件申报为“枕头”的进境邮包过机查验时，发现物品与申报不符，随即对该邮包进行开箱查验，发现邮包内实际物品为品牌卷烟40条、IQOS电子烟弹10条，每条200支，共10000支。Recently, Longhu Customs, which is affiliated to Shantou Customs, found that an inbound parcel declared as "pillow" was not in conformity with the declaration when it was checked through the mail channel. Later, officers found that the actual articles in the parcel were 40 cartons of brand cigarettes and 10 cartons of IQOS e-cigarette cartridges, 200 for each and 10000 in total.
邮寄卷烟、雪茄烟每件以二条（400支）为限。Each package of cigarettes or cigars shall be limited to two cartons (400 cigarettes).
用户邮寄烟草及其制品，每人每次限寄一件。Each person is limited to one package of tobacco and its products each time.
