8月18日，是财税人的节日，为致敬每一位在财税行业工作的小伙伴，公司日前就【财税人的那些事】向全体小伙伴发起了征集，收集了那些关于瀚客财税人的“苦与乐”，并在节日当天下午举办了“瀚客首届财税知识竞赛”。
August 18, is the festival of the taxman. To pay tribute to everyone working in the finance and taxation industry, HACOS launched a collection to all partners on the "things about the finance and taxation people" a few days ago, and held "The First HACOS Finance and Taxation Knowledge Competition" in the afternoon of the festival.
在知识竞赛活动发起邀请后，因为自由组队的灵活形式以及非业务参赛机制的有利性成功吸引了来自不同部门的小伙伴们踊跃报名，其中有来自非财税专业部门的队伍、有销售与产品结合的队伍、最终合计7组队伍报名活动。另外，来自财务部的财税咨询师Lucy积极为竞赛题目出谋划策，题目范围涵盖做账、风险识别、税局审查、税务违规处罚等多个维度，合计为竞赛筹备56道题目，为财税知识丰富性提供了强而有力的重要保障。
After the knowledge competition was issued, it successfully attracted active registration from different departments, a total of 7 teams signed up. Lucy, a financial and tax consultant from the financial Department, actively contributed suggestions for the contest topics, which covered multiple scopes such as accounting, risk identification, tax bureau review, tax violation punishment, etc. A total of 56 questions were prepared for the competition, providing a strong guarantee of the richness of financial and tax knowledge.
当天下午16:00，瀚客首届财税知识竞赛活动正式开始。在竞赛开始前，瀚客联合创始人Jessie.王雪燕代表公司为大家讲述了“财税节”举办的意义，以及财税专业在外贸服务行业的重要性，期待参与活动的小伙伴们在竞赛中赢得奖金的同时，也收获知识。
At 16:00 that afternoon, the First HACOS Finance and Taxation Knowledge Competition officially started. Before the competition, Jessie, the co-founder of HACOS, spoke on behalf of the company about the significance of holding the "Tax Festival", shared the importance of finance and taxation in the foreign trade service industry, and expected the participants to gain knowledge as well as money in the competition.
主持人Racy讲述竞赛规则，竞赛分为初赛、总决赛两个环节进行，初赛分开2组分别进行2轮抢答PK，累计积分最多的前二名进入总决赛-巅峰对决，总决赛以小组讨论问答题的形式进行，最终通过专业评审团及Jessie评分决出冠亚军。
The host Racy explained the rules of the competition. The competition is divided into two parts: the preliminary and the final. The preliminary round is divided into 2 groups for 2 rounds of PK. The top two with the most accumulated points enter the final. In the end, the professional judging panel and Jessie's score will determine the champion and runner-up.
有趣的“数字游戏”抢答方式与“非业务队伍优先权规则”使竞赛分数处于变幻莫测之中，分数不到最后一刻仍是个谜，每一组为抢答“燃”到极致，场面紧张激烈，趣味横生。
Interesting games and competition rules kept the competition in a heated stage, and it was difficult to see who wins or loses.
经过2轮7组队伍紧张激烈的角逐后，“超能陆战队”(队伍成员：York、Kelsey、Alice)获得第三名，“三个臭皮匠”与“试试就能行”2组队伍成功冲入总决赛。
After two rounds of intense competition between seven teams, the "Big Hero" Team (members: York, Kelsey, Alice) won third place, the "Three Stinkers" Team and the "Just Try It" Team successfully entered the finals.
总决赛中，决赛题目以生动的企业偷税为案例，告诫企业合法纳税为目的，2个冠军候选队伍经过激烈的队内讨论，在有限的10分钟内得出答卷。最后，经过专业评审团的评分解答，由“试试就能行”（队伍成员：Bruce、Emy、Shealynn）摘得桂冠，“三个臭皮匠”（队伍成员：Max、Celine、Source）获得亚军，瀚客联合创始人Jessie.王雪燕为获奖小组颁发奖金与荣誉奖牌，Racy为财税段子手们(Ada、Julie)、非专业参赛小伙伴们(Vera、Wency、Everly、Faith、William)送上公司定制的实用手机支架作为礼品感谢。
In the finals, the final topic took enterprise tax evasion as a case, warning enterprises to pay taxes legally for the purpose, and the two champion candidate teams had a discussion within the team and got an answer within 10 minutes. In the end, the "Just Try It" Team (members: Bruce, Emy, Shealynn) was awarded the first prize, and "The Three Stucks" Team (members: Max, Celine, Source) were awarded the second prize. Jessie presented the prize money and medal of honor to the winning team, and Racy presented the tax writers (Ada, Julie) and non-professional participants (Vera, Wency, Everly, Faith, William) with a mobile phone holder customized by the company as a gift.
瀚客“818财税节”活动已圆满结束，在庆祝节日为财税小伙伴送上关怀的同时，也看见来自不同部门的小伙伴们的学识与能力。希望小伙伴们在往后工作生活中继续保持对知识的热爱与追求，不断学习与成长，做最好的自己，创造更大的价值！
