每个打工人最怕的就是遇到无良老板。前段时间，有一名在佛山的外教称其任职的幼儿园，以经济不景气为由要把他辞退，却未支付任何补偿金!
What every employee fears most is an unscrupulous employer. Sometime ago, there was a foreign teacher in Foshan said that the kindergarten he worked in wanted to fire him because of the recession, but didn’t pay any compensation!

这名外教当即来到了佛山市调解中心申请调解，希望能拿回属于自己的补偿。但幼儿园不愿配合调解，一气之下外教便提起了劳动仲裁。幼儿园得知外教申请劳动仲裁后，直接向他发放了解除劳动关系通知书，并以简历造假为由解雇了他。
He came to Foshan Mediation Center immediately, hoping to get back his compensation by mediation. However, the kindergarten didn’t cooperate with the mediation. Then, he filed a labor arbitration in anger. When the kindergarten knew that, they sent him a notice of termination of the labor relationship and fired him for falsifying his resume.

了解情况后，调解中心再次邀请双方当事人进行面对面的调解。通过调解员与涉事幼儿园的深入沟通，最终双方达成一致意见：
Later, the Mediation Center invited both parties to face-to-face mediation again. Through in-depth communication, they finally reached an agreement:

1. 幼儿园全额支付外教的工资。

The kindergarten pays the teacher's salary in full.


2. 幼儿园向该名外教支付补偿金 44,725 元。

The kindergarten paid the foreign teacher a compensation of 44,725 yuan.

1. 向当地劳动保障监察机构投诉举报；

Complaint to the Labor Security Supervision Department.

2. 向当地劳动争议仲裁委员会申请仲裁；

Apply for arbitration to the Local Labor Dispute Arbitration Committee.

3. 通过诉讼途径解决。

Through litigation.
