Foreigners in China should pay attention! Since this summer, NIA has dealt with 14,000 foreigners who illegally entered, stayed, or worked in China, deporting 5,100 of them.

Actually, since the issue of the new Entry-Exit Administration Law in 2013, China has been strengthening the management of foreigners coming to China, especially for illegal entry, illegal employment, marriage fraud, and the fraudulent sale of visa documents.
If you are one of the foreign friends in China, whether it is to work or live, remember to follow these rules ~
When entering China, you must hold a valid visa and passport through the designated ports.
Don't exceed the stay period specified in the visa and residence permit, and remember to apply for an extension before your visa and permit expires.
You must obtain a work visa and residence permit in accordance with regulations before you work in China. Don't work beyond the scope of the work permit. Foreign students in China, cannot work beyond the prescribed scope or time limit either.
If you violate these rules, you will be deported by the immigration authorities and will not be able to enter China for five years.
