What is Schengen visa?
Schengen visa is a short-term travel permit issued by the Schengen authorities that allows non-EU/EEA nationals to enter the Schengen Area within 180 days and move freely for up to 90 days. This visa is usually used for tourism, business or other short-term visits. Foreigners currently in China can also apply.
As long as you apply for a Schengen visa from any of the above countries, you can also travel to other countries.
Select the country of application and prepare the materials;
Make an appointment and submit your documents;
Biometric information collection (fingerprinting);
Query/wait for the result;
Get passport.
It's best to inquire about reservations at least three weeks to two months before you plan to travel, allowing plenty of time to prepare your documents.
