How to Register your Company in China？

The property where the company is registered must be office, or commercial building space. If it is a residential property, you required a "Site Usage Certificate" issued by the subdistrict office.

According to the name approval requirements, you need to provide the company name, submit the company’s articles of association, shareholder resolutions, and the legal representative’s identification documents to the Market Supervision Administration. The business license can be obtained within 3 working days. Now, there are also electronic services available, allowing you to apply for an electronic business license simultaneously.

Enterprises must apply for tax registration with the tax authorities within 30 days of obtaining the business license. Complete the "Integration of Five Certificates Into One" information confirmation and apply for the qualification to issue VAT special invoices.

Schedule a bank visit for on-site photography to record the actual business environment. The bank will then arrange a specific account opening time based on the actual situation. The company can use this account for daily transfers, settlements, and cash transactions.

Companies engaged in import and export business must complete the registration procedures at the Customs and Electronic Port service windows.
