Effective from Dec 1st
Starting from December 1, work permits will be replaced by social security cards.
Foreigner's Work Permit in China
Foreigners no longer need to apply for a physical work permit upon entering China.
For those who have already obtained a physical work permit for foreigners,the process will be handled according to the new integrated card and permit procedures when the existing work permit is extended or modified.
The electronic social security card application process has not yet been determined. Follow us and get the application method in the first time!

① Change of work permit
Allow work permits to be changed between relevant employers in Guangdong Province
② Investors & work permits
Meet the following conditions you can apply for a Category B work permit.
*Invest (paid-in) RMB 4 million in Guangzhou or hold more than 30% of the shares
*Complete the registration of business entities and participate in daily operations
③Foreign college graduates & work permit
Foreign graduates with a master's degree or above, who have a confirmed employer, or who are engaged in entrepreneurial activities can apply for category B work permit valid for no more than one year.
3. Changes in export
tax rebate policy

Effective from Dec 1st
The costs for manufacturers and export prices will increase.
Starting from December 1, the export tax rebate rate for 209 products, including some refined oil products, photovoltaic products, batteries and some non-metallic mineral products, will be reduced from 13% to 9%. Export tax rebates on 59 items, including aluminum and copper, will be eliminated.
