Married to a Chinese citizen or a foreigner with permanent residence status in China.
In a marriage relationship for at least five years.
With at least five successive years of residence in China and at least nine months of residence in China each year.
Have a stable source of subsistence and dwelling place.
Meeting the above conditions does not mean that you can successfully apply for a permanent residence permit, because the review time after the application is as long as several months, many people in the process will give up the application or be rejected.
