APEC Business Travel Card
The APEC Business Travel Card is a legally binding agreement among APEC economies.
Many countries provide convenience measures such as dedicated lanes for cardholders and expedited customs clearance.
APEC Card
The cardholder must be an executive or senior professional of a legally registered enterprise in an APEC member economy to be eligible to apply for cross-border transactions required for the enterprise's work or business activities.

Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, China, Hong Kong,China, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, Malaysia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Chinese Taipei, Thailand, United States and Vietnam.
APEC Card
The APEC Travel card must be valid for the minimum number of days required by the admission country, or leave the country in advance if it is insufficient.
In principle, the APEC Business Travel Card is only applicable to international travel for business purposes, and cannot be used for non-business purposes such as tourism, visiting relatives, friends, and medical treatment.
(Currently, Australia, Thailand, South Korea and Papua New Guinea allow non-business travel.)
After issuing a new passport, the cardholder should send an official letter to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the travel card delivery office to explain the situation and return the old card, and at the same time submit an application for card replacement (a copy of the new passport is required).
After the expiration of the travel card, the cardholder can apply for a new card to the local foreign affairs office.
In addition, the cardholder may also submit an application for early renewal of the travel card to the relevant foreign office within 6 months before the expiry date of the original travel card. The application materials and procedures are the same as those for the initial application.
