No age limit or work experience restrictions.

The validity period shall not exceed five years.

No criminal commitment required, and foreign specialization to obtain the card does not need to submit paper documents for verification.

Professional talents mainly include:

Professionals with a bachelor's degree or above and more than 2 years of relevant work experience, and the age is not more than 60 years old;

Hold international general vocational skills qualification certificate or urgently needed skills talents;

Foreign language teaching staff;

Foreign talents whose average wage income is not less than 4 times the average social income of the previous year in the region;

Specialized personnel and project implementation personnel who meet the requirements of relevant state departments;

Professionals who score more than 60 points.

Age limit not to exceed sixty years.

The validity period shall not exceed two years.

Must provide no criminal commitment, and foreign specialized card need to submit paper materials for verification.

Other personnel mainly include: 

Personnel who meet the current regulations on the administration of foreigners' work in China;

Personnel engaged in temporary and short-term work (not exceeding 90 days); 

The personnel under the management of the quota system include foreign youth who come to China for internships under intergovernmental agreements, foreign students who meet the prescribed conditions, foreign graduates of overseas universities, foreigners working in special fields such as ocean fishing, etc.
