BEYOND Expo, established in 2020, has successfully organized three editions and is now one of the largest and most influential international tech expos in Asia. Over the past three editions, BEYOND Expo has showcased numerous valuable technological breakthroughs and innovations, fully demonstrating its success as an international platform for tech exchange. BEYOND Expo 2024 is themed "Embracing the Uncertainties" and is set to take place from May 23rd to 25th, 2024, at the Venetian Macao Cotai Expo. The event will continue to gather the latest achievements and innovative thinking from the global tech industry, offering an unprecedented tech feast for businesses and tech enthusiasts alike.

Community Manager

This Role Requires You to:

• Discover and Manage Global Partners, Community Partners and VCs ;
• Discover leads for exhibitors and award nominees;
• Invite Partners to join/collaborate BEYOND Week Events;
• Responsible for or assist the team in the maintenance of the client/customer database to ensure up-to-date information and accuracy of leads;
• Manage speakers’ invitations and logistics;
• As part of the role from sourcing to executing, you will be required to possess a strong project management ability to ensure success;
• Assist with other work tasks assigned by the company and department head and work closely with an international team;
• Preferred Location: Hong Kong China/SEA.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
• Highly proficient in professional business English and Mandarin. High-level communication skill and stakeholder management skills;
• Comfortable with stakeholder management and regular communication with the management team;
• Have existing professional and personal local & regional contacts to leverage in order to establish valuable partnerships;
• Possess problem-solving leadership capability and not afraid of rolling up the sleeves. You are resilient and don’t get discouraged by slowing momentum or setbacks;
• Prior international working experience in Asian tech-related companies preferred;
• Knowledgeable of the latest regional tech and innovation industries.

BD Manager

This Role Requires You to:

• Discover and follow up on sales leads (Exhibitors and sponsorships);
• Coordinate with internal departments;
• Manage Activities’ detailed planning and logistics;
• Prior international working experience in Asian tech companies preferred;
• At least 3 years of working experience in the area of sales, business development, B2B-facing, and corporate partnerships highly preferred;
• You will be required to travel overseas from time to time, and work closely with international colleagues across different culture;
• Have existing professional and personal local & regional contacts to leverage on in order to establish valuable partnerships;
• Preferred Location: Hong Kong China/SEA.

About You:

• Experienced in end-to-end organizing of tech-related events and campaigns;
• Highly proficient in professional business English and Mandarin;
• Comfortable with stakeholder management and regular communication with the management team;
• Have existing professional regional contacts to leverage in order to establish valuable partnerships;
• Possess problem-solving leadership capability, adaptivity, and resourcefulness to establish and venture into new frontiers;
• Prior international working experience in Asian tech-related companies preferred;
• Possesses strong project management and delivery skills with past experience to showcase;
• Knowledgeable of the latest regional tech and innovation industries;
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
