我天美新公司顺利通过2024年ISO9001:2015质量管理体系复审！

     为迎接此次复审，2024年4月13日，公司迅速成立了以李冬为审核组长的复审工作小组，就此次复审召开了分工明确、复审进程、人员分配的首次会议。

    In order to meet the review, on April 13, 2024, the company quickly established a review working group with Li Dong as the head of the audit team, and held the first meeting on the clear division of labor,the review process,and the allocation of personnel.

     4月15日，内审小组对本次涉及的各相关部门进行了为期一天的审核，共发现2项不合格项，当即命相关责任部门制定纠正措施并于15日前完成整改，并向审核组报告整改完成情况！

     On April 15, the internal audit team conducted a one-day audit of the relevant departments involved in this time, and found 2 non-conforming items, immediately ordered the relevant responsible departments to formulate corrective measures and complete the rectification before 15 days, and report to the audit team on the completion of the rectification! 

      5月6日早，董事长朱海啸在外部审核会议上作讲话，“ISO认证不仅是一张证书，每一次审核都是对公司管理的一次改进及反思，望各部门对审核组提出的意见进行针对性的研究和改进，改善内部管理，使企业不断向前发展”，会议强调了公司各部门必须举全力积极配合复审员进行工作，并及时整改本次外审发现的问题；同时将此次复审工作作为使公司的质量管理体系更加完善、管理水平再上一个台阶的重要环节。

The meeting stressed that all departments of the company must make every effort to actively cooperate with the reviewers and rectify the problems found in the external audit in a timely manner; At the same time, the review will be taken as an important link to make the company's quality management system more perfect and the management level to a higher level.

     审核小组采用15版过程复审的方法，现场对高温搪瓷自动化喷搪烧成设备、自动化无尘喷漆设备、自动化无尘喷粉设备、自动化电泳设备及其他非标设备五金件的设计和制造相关管理活动的采购过程、品质管理、生产过程进行抽样核查并指出了存在的问题，同时提出了许多具有建设性、可行性的修改建议。

    The audit team adopted the 15-edition process review method to conduct sampling verification of the procurement process, quality management and production process of the design and manufacturing related management activities of high-temperature enamel automatic spraying and firing equipment, automatic dust-free painting equipment, automatic dust-free powder spraying equipment, automatic electrophoresis equipment and other non-standard equipment hardware and pointed out the existing problems. At the same time, many constructive and feasible suggestions are put forward.
