01、拜访国外客户
01. Visit Foreign Customers
1. In late October 2023, TIMS General Manager Zhu Haixiao, Technical Director Feng Liang, and Overseas Sales Representative Alan Kong, were invited to conduct extensive exchanges with five factories of the three groups from top 5 companies in Egypt on the automatic enamel line, powder spraying line and electrophoresis line. In these exchanges, we felt their desire for automation, intelligence and information equipment, and their strong awareness of learning from China to upgrade intelligent manufacturing, strengthen management, reduce personnel and improve efficiency, reduce costs and increase efficiency, and increase product competitiveness. With the recognition of advanced technology of TIMS high-end enamel line and coating line and the love of intelligent equipment, we believe that our TIMS equipment will soon enter the Middle East and the surrounding areas of Africa.

2. After the trip to Egypt, the three of them went to Turkey without stopping. TIMS high-end intelligent automatic cleaning enamel line for water heater, oven pretreatment enamel spraying line, epoxy resin automatic powder spraying production line, compressor water detection, electrophoresis vacuum pumping production line and other advanced equipment and superior production lines have aroused strong interest among the customers who participated in the exchange. With these advanced technology production lines, TIMS is full of confidence to participate in international competition

1、我公司的又一条热水器行业的高端节能型燃气搪瓷炉生产线合同，在本季度签订。至此，天美新公司承建的高端节能型燃气搪瓷炉生产线已达十多条，具有丰富的设计及安装调试经验。本次承接海尔黄岛热水器的燃气搪瓷炉生产线，具有：
4）配置高---德国原装进口的辐射管材料、加装纳米保温材料、P型辐射管+自换热式烧嘴；
5）信息化程度高---核心数据全方位监控及数字化5G传输，数字及通讯、视频信号与中控实时互联互通；
6）能耗考核---核定的能耗，降低生产能耗成本。
1. In this quarter, we signed another high-end energy-saving gas enamel furnace production line contract in the water heater industry. By now, TIMS has undertaken more than ten high-end energy-saving enamel furnace production lines. All of those empowered us with rich design, installation, and commissioning experience. This time, we undertake the Gas Enamel Furnace Production Line Project for Haier Huangdao Water Heater Factory, which has the following benefits:
1) Large production capacity — 240 PCS/H;
2) Strict requirements — first level adhesion of enamel;
3) Complete configuration—multiple utilization of waste heat and protection and detection alarm of inner tank dropping;
4) High configuration—radiant tube material imported from Germany with original packaging, nano thermal insulation material, P-type radiant tube + self-heat exchange burner;
5) High degree of informatization—all-round monitoring of core data and digital 5G transmission, real-time interconnection of digital and communication, video signals and central control;
6) Energy consumption assessment—approved the energy consumption can help reduce the production energy consumption cost.
2、11月份，我公司与黄石东贝有限公司签订商用新车间压缩机水检电泳涂装线合同，这是我公司在压缩机行业承揽的第六条压缩机水检电泳抽真空生产线。我公司在此领域的多项专利将得到运用。
3. Another offline robot automatic enamel line for sandwich water heater tank was determined. This enamel line will realize the mixed production of sandwich tanks with a height of 700mm ~ 1600mm.
二、技术研发及成果
II. Technology R & D and Achievements
1. The research and development of the super mixed production enameling machine was completed in this quarter, and it entered the assessment stage in the factory. This is also the 10.0 + version of my company's robot automatic enameling machine. The new automatic enameling machine, through the re-innovation and optimization of the original structure, has a more novel and stable structure, which is suitable for the robot automatic enameling of mixed production of single tank, double tank, sandwich tank and air energy tank, and solves the problems that the enameling machine is not available for compatible production and the model replacement time is long.
2. Optimization research and development of TIMS 2.0 Hanger Righting Mechanism (TIMS 2.0 HRM for short). TIMS 2.0 HRM is the core mechanism for achieving robot automatic loading, transfer, and unloading. As for TIMS 1.0 HRM developed by TIMS few years ago, its functions like automatic righting of hanger opening direction, precise positioning of hanger, tank gripping detection, were scattered across several mechanisms. All of these result in many weaknesses for TIMS 1.0 HRM, like long conveyor chain, large land occupation, slow capacity pace, failure rate affected by the welding accuracy of the inner tank lug and the shaking of the inner tank incoming material, resulting in weak stability and reliability. In this quarter, we have developed a new type- TIMS2.0 HRM, which integrates multiple functions such as automatic righting of hanger opening direction, precise hanger positioning, and tank grabbing detection. After this optimized structure design, TIMS 2.0 HRM not only occupies a small area, but also has faster production capacity, stronger flexibility, and better stability and reliability. It plays a decisive role in the robot automatic loading, transfer and unloading. In near future, this mechanism will be used in Zhongde Haier Water Heater Factory for the first time.

2023年12月28号，我公司再次顺利通过国家高新技术企业复审，这也是我们自2017年首次被认定为国家高科技企业以来，第3次顺利通过复审。这也是对我们不断推动技术创新的肯定及提升产业竞争力提供了有力支持。
On December 28, 2023, TIMS successfully passed the review for national high-tech enterprise, which is also the third time since we were first recognized as a national high-tech enterprise in 2017. This also provides strong support for us to continuously promote technological innovation and enhance industrial competitiveness.
In December 2023, TIMS was successfully selected into 2023 Dongguan Gazelle Enterprise Cultivation Library Entry. We will continue to adhere to the development path of technological research and innovation, strive to expand the technological gap with other enterprises in the industry, and hope to continue to become a leader in our industry.

2023年第四季度，天美新公司共获得专利授权4项。

2、新型带回釉过滤系统的瓷釉自动搅拌桶(专利号ZL202320547784.4)(实用新型专利)；
3、一种搪瓷炉顶余热利用系统(专利号ZL202320531560.4)(实用新型专利)；
04、中国专利优秀奖荣获广东省奖励30万元、东莞市奖励10万元
0.4 Our China Patent Excellence Award won a reward of CNY 300,000 from Guangdong Province and CNY 100,000 from Dongguan City
In November and December 2023, we were awarded the 24th China Patent Excellence Award, receiving a reward of CNY 300,000 from Guangdong Province and CNY 100,000 from Dongguan City. We TIMS will continue to increase investment in technology research and development, continuously innovate, and make our TIMS’s contribution to the technological progress and development of the industry.

01、黄岛海尔燃气搪瓷炉开工制作
01. Production of Huangdao Haier Gas Enamel Furnace
In regard to Huangdao Haier Water Heater Gas Enamel Furnace Project, upon receiving customer’s contact, TIMS immediately entered into project design and production striving to complete it as quickly as possible. We are now striving to ship it to the customer's site for installation on February 20th, complete the installation and commissioning of the project before May 25th, and put it into production before the peak period of customer orders, creating benefits for the customer.
02、重庆海尔热水器自动清洗涂搪、燃气烘干烧成搪瓷线完成最后出货02. Completed Final Shipment for Chongqing Haier Water Heater Automatic Cleaning and Enameling, Gas Drying and Burning Enamel Line
In November 2023, we’ve completed the final shipment for automatic cleaning line, robot automatic enameling line, gas drying and firing line for Chongqing Haier Water Heater Factory providing a good guarantee for the completion and commissioning of the entire line by the end of the year.
03、重庆海尔热水器自动清洗涂搪、燃气烘干烧成搪瓷线完成安装进入调试
03. Automatic cleaning and enameling, gas drying and firing enamel line for Chongqing Haier Water Heater Factory were completed and entered into commissioning stage
In December 2023, despite the delay in construction of field construction site and Party A’s foundation, after four months of intense construction in this stifling summer and severe winter, TIMS has completed the on-site installation of a complete set of automation, information, and intelligent production line project for Chongqing Haier Water Heater Factory, including automatic cleaning, robot automatic enameling, energy-saving gas enamel furnace drying and firing, robot automatic loading, transfer, and unloading. We are now going to start up and enter the single-machine debugging and online connected debugging phrase. We will strive to make sure the whole production line is put into operation in mid-January. This will be another high-quality project that will contribute to the development of Haier Group.
五、应邀参加第八届中国搪瓷工业协会第一次理事长扩大会议
V. Invited to Attend the First Chairman Expansion Meeting of the Eighth China Enamel Industry Association Congress
在搪瓷协会领导的带领下，第一次近距离参观学习中国搪瓷行业在国外的正规工厂---中国搪瓷行业副理事长单位河北三厦公司的泰国工厂、第一次参加在他国的领土上召开的中国企业的会议，讨论中国搪瓷行业自己发展的事情。倍感协会领导鼓励“走出去、开疆拓土”的殷切期望及良苦用心。
On December 12, 2023, Mr. Zhu Haixiao, TIMS General Manager, was invited by the China Enamel Industry Association to attend the First Chairman Expansion Meeting of the Eighth China Enamel Industry Association Congress in Pattaya, Thailand. This is also the first time we has attended the meeting as Vice Chairman.
