天美新集团2024年下半年报（2024 Second Half-Year Report）

      2024年下半年，天美新继续践行“三个转变”发展战略，在稳住国内高端客户、优质客户、战略性市场的前提下，积极拓展国外市场，参加国外的相关设备展会、拜访国外知名客户、跟进客户需求及紧密沟通项目、加强外贸网络的推广，培育国外的新兴市场，致力于让海外的优质订单，成为2024年天美新公司新的经济增长点。

    In the second half of 2024, TIMS continued to implement its "Three Transformations" development strategy. Under the basis of consolidating domestic high-end and high-quality customers and strategic markets,TIMS actively expanded into international markets by participating international exhibitions in overseas, visiting prominent international clients, tracking customer demands closely through communicating projects, and strengthening TIMS’s product promotion and launch in international market by internet, to develop emerging international markets. Through these measures, the overseas orders was a new economic growth driver which was the aims of TIMS in 2024 that.

      2024年9月2日至4日，天美新参加了2024年俄罗斯家电及家庭用品、礼品博览会（秋季）。

     From September 2 to 4, 2024, TIMS participated in the 2024 Russian Household Appliances, Household Products, and Gifts Expo (Autumn).

      2024年10月15日至17日，天美新参加了在美国奥兰多举行的2024美国金属加工件及机械设备展览会，跟国际涂装设备商同台竞技。

     From October 15 to 17, 2024, TIMS participated in the 2024 U.S. FABTECH Exhibition held in Orlando, USA, competing with international coating equipment manufacturers.

      2024年下半年，天美新凭借其在高端搪瓷设备、高端涂装领域的技术及品牌优势，继续保持上半年的强劲的销售势头，成功承接了奥克斯压缩机水检电泳抽真空涂装生产线项目、TCL瑞智（惠州）制冷设备有限公司的压缩机水检电泳抽真空涂装生产线项目（值此，2024年我公司承接下压缩机水检电泳抽真空涂装生产线项目三个）、泰国海尔空调前处理喷粉生产线项目、墨西哥某世界五百强美资企业钣金件喷粉线项目等项目。

     In the second half of 2024, relying on Tims technology and brand advantages in the fields of high-end enamel equipment and high-end coating, Tims continued to maintain the strong sales momentum in the first half of the year, and successfully won the purchase orders of the AUX compressor water inspection&electrocoat&vacuum coating line and TCL Ruizhi (Huizhou)  compressor water inspection& electrocoat &vacuum coating line project (until now, our company has won three compressor water inspection& electrocoat&vacuum coating lines in 2024). Meanwhile, Tims also has won powder coating lines for metel parts from Thailand Haier air conditioning and a Fortune 500 American company in Mexico.

      经过大家的努力，今年我们的国外项目销售额超过1000万美元，成功地实现公司年初制定的市场战略目标：让国外的优质项目成为公司新的经济增长点。

      After Tims team's efforts, our international project sales successfully accounted for more than $10.0millions in 2024, and the international projects have become a great new business growth in TIMS company.

    （1）2024年10月中旬，阿根廷客户到天美新公司考察，就天美新公司的搪瓷生产线设备进行了深入的技术交流，天美新公司设备自动化、信息化、智能化程度之高，给客户留下了深刻的印象。为我公司的设备进入南美洲市场，拉开了序幕。

     In mid-October 2024, Argentine customers visited to TIMS and took a technical communication on TIMS's enamel coating line friendly and deeply. The automation, informatization and intelligence of TIMS's equipment impressed on the customers. It was a good beginning for Tims to develop the South American market.

    （2）2024年10月，伊朗客户到天美新考察，对于天美新公司在喷漆、喷粉、电泳、前处理等设备在设备自动化、设备节能减排、提高生产效率及产品质量等方面的技术给予了高度认可。

      In October 2024, Iranian customers visited to TIMS and highly recognized TIMS's technology in equipment automation, energy saving and emission reduction, and improving production efficiency and product quality in equipment such as painting, powder spraying, electrocoat, and pretreatment.

     （3）10月中旬，沙特客户到天美新考察。

        In mid-October, Saudi customers visited to TIMS.

    （4）9月，我们拜访了已经签约整厂热水器设备的俄罗斯客户，重点讨论整厂生产线的具体实施情况。

     In September, we visited to Russian customers who had signed a contract for the whole plant water heater equipment with Tims and both teams reviewed and discussed the specific implementation of the whole plant production line.

    （5）10月，在美国奥兰多展会结束后，我公司总经理朱海啸先生、技术总监冯亮工程师、外贸部经理刘小花女士又马不停蹄地前往墨西哥先后拜访了拉美地区最大的家电企业、世界五百强的美国某公司在墨西哥投资的企业、中国海信集团在墨西哥投资的工厂。我们对跨国公司的客户在其他国家的涂装设备、搪瓷设备的需求、新的涂装生产线安装现场的勘察、设备更新换代的意向，进行了广泛的交流，为明年设备进场安装、新的设备的采购进展做了充分的工作。

    In October, after the Orlando FABTECH exhibition in the United States, our general manager Mr. Zhu Haixiao, chief technical officer Mr. Feng Liang, and international trade manager Ms. Liu Xiaohua had gone to Mexico and visited the largest household appliance company in Latin America, an Mexico plant invested by a Fortune 500 American company, and a factory invested by China Hisense Group in Mexico. We had extensive communication on the needs of multinational customers for coating equipment and enamel coating equipment in other countries, the site survey of new coating production line installation, and the intention of equipment upgrading, and preparations for the installation of equipment and the purchase of new equipment next year.

      1.单胆、双胆、小厨宝、马卡龙热水器内胆超级混产型自动涂搪机研发成功，标志着在我公司的自动化搪瓷生产线的同一台机器人自动涂搪机上，可以实现不同型号的热水器单胆内胆、双胆内胆、小厨宝内胆、马卡龙内胆的超级兼容免换型生产，极大地提高了生产效率。

      The successful research and development of the super mixed-production automatic coating line for water heater single inner tank, water heater double inner tanks, mini kitchen water heater tank, Macaron water heater tank, marked that a robot automatic coating to different type water heater tanks in our automatic enamel coating line can be realized, and the super compatible non-changeover producing different types water heater tanks greatly improves the production efficiency.

      2.单胆、双胆、小厨宝、马卡龙热水器内胆超级混产型机器人手爪研发成功，标志着在我公司的自动化搪瓷生产线的同一台机器人上，可以实现不同型号的热水器单胆内胆、双胆内胆、小厨宝内胆、马卡龙内胆的超级兼容免换型的抓取生产，极大的提供了生产效率。

      The successful development of the super hybrid production robot hand claw for water heater single tank, water heater double tanks , mini kitchen water heater tank and Macaron water heater tank signifies that our company's automated enamel coating line has achieved super compatible non-changeover grabbing and production of different models of water heater tanks by the same robot. This greatly enhances production efficiency.

      3.单胆、双胆、小厨宝、马卡龙热水器内胆超级混产型混产型清洗线专用吊具研发成功，标志着在我公司的自动化搪瓷生产线的同一套自动清洗生产线上，可以实现不同型号的热水器单胆内胆、双胆内胆、小厨宝内胆、马卡龙内胆的超级兼容免换型的柔性生产，极大地提高了生产效率。

    The successful development of a specialized cleaning line for water heater single tank, water heater double tanks, mini kitchen water heater tank and Macaron water heater tank signifies that our company's specialized cleaning line has achieved non-changeover flexible function to clean different models of water heater tanks by the same cleaning line. This greatly enhances production efficiency.

      4.超级节能型燃气搪瓷，满负荷投产，经过测试及考核，同等情况下，比用电搪瓷炉节约费用1.2元/胆。得益于我公司对燃气搪瓷炉烧嘴系统、余热利用系统、超级节能软件系统的研发。极大地降低了客户的生产成本，增强了客户产品的市场竞争力。

      Super energy-saving gas enameling furnace, put into production at full capacity, after testing and assessment, under the same conditions, it saves CNY1.2/tank compared with electric enameling furnace. Thanks to our company's research and development of gas enameling furnace burner system, waste heat utilization system, and super energy-saving software system. It greatly reduces the production cost of customers and enhances the market competitiveness of customers' products.

     5.各种烤炉、搪瓷炉智能化余热利用系统的优化。绿色生产、节能减排、低碳、改善生产环境，是我们研发优化的出发点。

       Through the optimization of intelligent waste heat utilization systems for various ovens and enamel furnaces, we aim to achieve green production, energy conservation, emission reduction, low carbon footprint, and improved production environment. This is the starting point of our research and development optimization.

      自8月5日出货以来，海尔水生态的一个流的热水器内胆自动清洗、搪瓷、烘干烧成的二条全自动的、完整的生产线，已经出货22个平板大车了。公司组织精兵强将，抢工期，保证单胆一个流的生产线在11月15日顺利投产。小厨宝、单胆、双胆、马卡龙超级兼容的厨宝一个流生产线的施工已经进入尾声，很快就会投产。

     Since the shipment on August 5th, two fully automated and complete production lines for the automatic cleaning&enameling&drying&firing one-flow enamal coating line for water heater tanks have been dispatched for Haier's water ecosystem project. A total of 22 flatbed trucks have been shipped. Our company has assembled a team of elite professional workers to expedite the schedule, ensuring that the single-tank, one-flow production line would be successfully commissioned by November 15th. Meanwhile, the construction of the one-flow production line for mini kitchen water heater tank, water heater single tank, water heater double tanks, Macaron super-compatible water heater tank is nearing completion and will soon be put into production.

      芜湖奥克斯压缩机水检、电泳、抽真空涂装生产线，于9月1日开始发货，到目前为止总计发了21个平板大车。现场为新建工业园，施工条件艰苦，输送链运行轨迹复杂，连通二个车间，1200+M长。本输送线高空施工难度大，工期紧、任务重，高峰的时候，四十多个人在现场会战。经过近四个月的战严寒、斗酷暑的施工，整线于12月底全部顺利完成设备安装调试工作。

      The water inspection&electrophoretic&vacuum coating line for AUX compressors in Wuhu began shipping on September 1, and as of now, 21 large flatbed trailers have been dispatched. The project is located in a newly built industrial park, where construction conditions are challenging. The conveyor chain, over 1,200 meters long, connects two workshops on a complex trajectory. High-altitude construction posed significant difficulties, with tight deadlines and heavy workloads. At the peak, over 40 workers were on-site. After nearly four months of working through extreme cold and heat, the entire line was successfully completed, with equipment installation and commissioning finished by the end of December.

      本项目施工现场，从一楼到二楼，再到三楼，兼顾客户老线生产，现场施工场地紧张，环境非常复杂。从9月15日进厂以来，共已经出货16个平板大车，于10月初现场施工团队突击把物流转运行施工投产，整线将于2025年春节前施工完毕。

    Since starting assembling on September 15, a total of 16 large flatbed trucks have been shipped for the TCL Rechi (Huizhou) Refrigeration Equipment Ltd. The construction environment is complex as it had to accommodate the client’s existing production line. The construction space was tight, making the environment highly challenging. In early October, the on-site construction team made a concentrated effort to implement logistics and put into operations, and the entire line is expected to be completed before the 2025 Spring Festival.

      经过一个多月的施工，中德海尔的夹层胆热水器内胆机器人自动涂搪搪瓷线，于8月份顺利投产。本系统实现内胆直径350、382、400，内胆高度700~1600mm的多型号夹层胆内胆的免换型、柔性化生产，成功替代了原有的在线涂搪生产线，为夹层胆内胆机器人自动涂搪搪瓷生产线的行业首创。

      After more than a month of construction, Zhongde Haier's electric heating water heater Sandwich tank automatic enamel coating line successfully went into production in August. This system allows for flexible, non-changeover production for multiple models of inner tanks with diameters of 350mm, 382mm, and 400mm, and heights ranging from 700mm to 1600mm. It successfully replaced the original online enamel coating line, and it was the industry's first robotic automatic enamel coating line for sandwich inner tanks.

     我公司承接的东贝集团（黄石)新商用车间水检电泳涂装线顺利已于8月初投产。 目前正处于量产阶段。发明型专利压缩机转盘式集中多级抽真空系统（专利号ZL 2019 1 1399368.9)及发明型专利一种压缩机的转盘集中式抽真空装置发明专利证书（ZL 2019 1 1385506.8），在本项目中得到很好的利用。

      Hubei Donper Electromechanical Group Co., Ltd.’s new commercial workshop in Huangshi, Hubei, its water inspection&electrocoat coating line in early August has been trial in early August, and now it is in mass production. The project made excellent use of our patented multi-stage rotary vacuum system for compressors (patent number ZL 2019 1 1399368.9) and rotary vacuum device for compressors (patent number ZL 2019 1 1385506.8).These two patents have been effectively utilized in this project.

      为了保证本生产线2025年6月份投产，本合同签订后，公司立即组织精兵强将加班加点进行设计、生产制作快速展开，相关出口报关手续也同步积极准备。力争赶在2025年春节前把第一批货柜发出去。

     In order to ensure the pre-treatment&powder coating line for Haier Thailand’s air conditioning powder coating will be ready for production by June 2025, Tims immediately mobilized a dedicated team to expedite design, manufacturing, and production. At the same time, the relevant export customs procedures are being actively prepared. We aim to ship the first batch of containers before the 2025 Spring Festival.

     为了更好的拓展国外市场、加强对国外项目的施工管理，公司在下半年组建了工程管理团队、外贸团队，都是由有十几年经验的业界人士主理。

   In order  to develop&expand into international markets and enhance the management of overseas projects, TIMS established the International Trade Department and Engineering Management Department in the second half of the year. Both departments are led by the experienced personnel with more than ten years relative experience, to ensure high-quality project execution and management.
