五金件前处理脱脂工艺，是重要的工艺，直接影响五金件的涂装，包括喷漆、喷粉、电泳、搪瓷。保持脱脂剂的干净及活性，降低脱脂剂换槽的频率，是提高产品涂装合格率及降低涂装成本的重要环节。我公司研发的自动在线油水分离系统，实时解决了上述问题，并且不修要更换耗材及频繁保养，可以节约50%的脱脂剂的使用成本。

5月底，我公司承接的东贝商用新车间水检电泳涂装线制作完毕，陆续出货，目前现场安装已进入攻坚状态，预计8月份进入开机投产状态。

我公司承揽的中德海尔热水器夹层内胆线下机器人自动涂搪系统，因本系统配备有能够实现多型号、大差距尺寸内胆的免换型并且混产的自动涂搪机，占地少、稳定可靠性好，被客户高度认可，替换掉原来的在线涂搪机系统，系统的解决了内胆换型难、大尺寸内胆涂搪容易漏涂、涂搪效率低、釉料重复使用少浪费大等缺陷。本系统经过紧张的厂内制造，满足客户需求，赶在6月30日出货到现场，进行安装调试。

海尔水生态热水器超级工厂要求9月底开机试产，我们承接的项目多、任务重、工期紧。为实现超级融合混产柔性生产的定制研发的创新型机构，包括超级融合混产型自动涂搪机、超级融合混产型机器人抓手及辅助机构等设备，尽快完成研发及设计，尽快投入生产制造，应客户的要求，我们提前进入设计及备料阶段，传统型、标准型的零部件优先开工。

4.重庆海尔热水器内胆自动清洗涂搪烧成生产线全线投产

机器人自动上件、自动清洗、机器人自动涂搪、烘干烧成、机器人自动转件到预装生产线上的一个流的生产线，于2024年3月份全线投产，实现产能240台/小时，如果天然气的价格为3.61元/m³，工业用电的电费为0.87元/度的话，那么搪瓷内胆的用电、用天然气的综合能耗不超过1.8元/台。

兼容热水器空气能内胆、双胆内胆的机器人自动涂搪生产线，于2024年4月在郑州海尔热水器工厂成功投产。这是我公司兼容空气能内胆大胆、双胆内胆进行机器人自动涂搪的研发设计，在实际生产中的首次成功验证。为海尔水生态超级工厂的小厨宝内胆、马卡龙内胆、双胆内胆、单胆内胆的超级兼容混产柔性生产的研发设计，提前做了充分的技术储备。

燃气搪瓷炉超级节能型的优化设计，在2024年6月份投产的黄岛海尔热水器燃气搪瓷炉上得到了很好的验证，现场实际批量生产的数据显示，如果天然气的价格为3.8元/m3、工业用电的电费为0.68元/度的话，算上湿搪烘干的能耗，80升的热水器内胆的搪瓷烘干烧成综合能耗成本（含燃气费、电费）不超过1.50元/件，综合能耗，再次降低了25%。验证了我公司新的节能优化创新设计是非常成功的。为我公司在中标的海尔水生态热水器超级工厂的二条燃气搪瓷炉节能的再次优化进步上，提供了数据的有力支撑。

The actual mass production data on the site shows that if the price of natural gas is 3.8 yuan /m3 and the electricity bill for industrial electricity is 0.68 yuan/KWH, the energy consumption of wet drying is taken into account. The comprehensive energy consumption cost (including gas and electricity charges) of the enamel drying and burning of the inner liner of the 80-liter water heater does not exceed 1.50 yuan/piece, and the comprehensive energy consumption is again reduced by 25%. It is proved that our company's new energy-saving optimization and innovative design is very successful. It provides strong data support for our company in the re-optimization and progress of energy saving of the two gas enamel furnaces of Haier Water ecological water heater Super factory.
