坐落于辽宁省沈阳市，是辽宁省应用型大学建设试点高校、辽宁省文化产业校企联盟理事长单位。学校以传媒类专业为主，文学类、艺术类、管理类、工科类多学科交叉渗透、协调发展的学科专业体系，以传媒创意为核心，以传媒艺术和传媒技术为两翼的特色办学体系。学校下设10个二级学院，四大学科门类， 44个专业，形成了特色鲜明的4大专业群，是一所特色鲜明的高水平应用型传媒大学。
Located in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, it is a pilot university for the construction of applied universities in Liaoning Province and the chairman unit of Liaoning Cultural Industry School-Enterprise Alliance. The school is mainly a discipline professional system with media majors, literature, art, management, and engineering multidisciplinary cross-penetration and coordinated development, with media creativity as the core and media art and media technology as the two wings. The university has 10 second-level colleges, four university disciplines, and 44 majors, forming four major groups with distinctive characteristics, and is a high-level applied media university with distinctive characteristics.

Under the lights, on the stage, the figures follow, and the shouts under the stage watch each other with the heart-to-heart program on the stage. They left the best show, they left the most energetic figure, they left the deepest memories that belong tonight. They reached out to touch the cultural atmosphere of the Self-Management Association, felt the inclusiveness of the Self-Management Association, and experienced the unity of the Self-Management Association.
