导读：葡萄牙著名艺术家，雕塑家PAULO NEVES的“碎片”主题展近期在葡萄牙2016年度最佳餐厅－爱比丝 Mesa de Lemos餐厅举行（8.24-10.8）

The exhibition"Fragmentos" by Paulo Neves, will be shown at the Mesa de Lemosrestaurante on the 24 August, when the restaurant is reopened after the summerholidays, until the 8th of October. The exhibition will be composed of aselection of pieces from other exhibitions, made of various materials, namelywood, stone and metal, made up of sculptures and paintings.

葡萄牙著名艺术家，雕塑家Paulo Neves的“碎片”主题展近期在葡萄牙2016年度最佳餐厅－爱比丝 Mesa de Lemos餐厅举行（8.24-10.8），该展览主要集中展示了Paulo Neves近期在全球各大展推出的雕塑作品（木雕，石雕，金属雕塑等）和绘画作品。　

Paulo Neves

Born in the north of Portugal, in Cucujães - Oliveira de Azeméis, in 1959,Paulo Neves left his hometown very young to discover the world, visitedmuseums, met artists, other cultures, undoubtedly decisive experience for thework he was to perform.

Paulo Neves 先生于１９５９年出生于葡萄牙北部城市，青年时代就像葡萄牙的航海家前辈们一样离开家乡环游世界，拜访各大博物馆，艺术家，学习各种文化，正是这种经历也为他的作品的丰富性奠定了坚实的基础。

Although he attended the School of Fine Arts in Porto, a course in painting,his learning is based on the modern European tradition, but is mostlyautodidact. The morphological expression of his pieces appeals to Expressionismand the Baroque, although his language seems totally original, constructed inthe margins of the movements and aesthetic tendencies of his time.
During the 90's was revealed his artistic maturity, asserting himself today asan international sculptor of unavoidable national reference. With pieces inseveral Portuguese collections, Paulo Neves is also represented in the UnitedStates, France, Spain, Brazil, Holland, Belgium, Romania, Australia, Moroccoand Germany.

He regularly participates in exhibitions, both individual and collective, inPortugal and abroad. He has its own atelier and gallery in Cucujães, where itcarries out its daily work, with a little factory of stone and metal andanother of wood.
