Barramundi is Aboriginal for “large-scaled silver fish” and is internationally renowned for its deliciousness and versatility. Barramundi is low on the food chain and lives on a largely vegetarian diet with a small amount of sustainably sourced fishmeal that gives it a fish-in fish-out ratio of 1:1, truly the “goldilocks of sustainable fish.” Barramundi is also a hardy fish species, which allows us to raise them without any hormones, antibiotics or chemicals.

Barramundi sashimi with sesame dressing
