Pasta di Martino


In the south of Italy, the Di Martino family has owned and run their Company since 1912. The pasta is made with 100% fine Italian durum wheat semolina and the raw materials are carefully selected from national fields.

Specialist in cherry tomato preserves from Sicily, Agromonte tomato sauce only uses fresh cherry tomatoes with no concentrate or additives. The pasta sauce keeps its red color without food dye and retains all its aromatic properties. Argomonte products are certified by the B.R.C. and I.F.S.

Linguine Alla Puttanesca

This dish has remarkable flavor, is easy to prepare, and is made of ingredients that are easily kept on hand. Pasta Alla Puttanesca, very common in Naples and Southern Italy, referring to its spicy, pungent aroma produced by its enticing ingredients.


这道菜味道鲜美,易于制作。烟花女面在那不勒斯和意大利南部很常见,翻译为“烟花女的意大利面”,指的是其诱人的成分所产生的辛辣刺激性香气。



⅝ lb linguine

⅝ lb扁面条

1 lb canned tomatoes

1罐番茄酱

1 ¾ oz black olives, pitted

1 oz salted capers

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 clove of garlic

¾ oz minced parsley

1. Brown the sliced garlic in a pan with the oil, making sure it does not darken too much.

2. Add sliced fresh chili or crumble in dried chili wearing single-use gloves.

3. Rinse the capers under running water to remove the salt then chop coarsely.

4. Add the capers to the garlic and continue cooking over low heat for 2 minutes.

5. Increase the heat and add the tomatoes. Add salt to taste and continue cooking over high heat for about 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally, and then add the halved olives (sliced if they are large ones).

6. Cook the pasta al dente in boiling salted water, then drain and cover with the sauce and a sprinkling of parsley.

Penne Arrabbiata

Arrabbiata literally means “angry” in Italian, because the sauce is supposed to be “angry” spicy, but you can adapt the crushed red pepper measurements according to your tolerance for heat. This dish will win your heart with its yummy pasta and spicy sauce.

 1-pound penne rigate

3 Tablespoons olive oil

1 28 ounces can whole peeled tomatoes

Arrabbiata

Penne Mezzani Rigate


1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water, according to package instructions, till Al dente.

根据包装说明,在一大锅开水中煮意大利面,直至Al dente状态。


2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and crushed red pepper; cook, stirring for 30 seconds.

同时,用中火加热大锅中的橄榄油。加入大蒜和碎红辣椒,搅拌30秒。


3. Add tomatoes, crushing them roughly with the back of a wooden spoon, and tomato paste.

加入西红柿, 用木勺背面将番茄弄碎。并加入蕃茄酱。


4. Bring to a simmer over low heat and cook for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and add fresh chopped basil.

用小火煮沸,煮 5-10 分钟。取出并加入新切碎的罗勒。


5. When pasta is cooked, drain the water and add it to the sauce. Toss well. Taste and add more red pepper flakes or salt and pepper, if needed.

煮熟意大利面时, 沥干水分,倒入酱汁。好好搅拌。品尝后适量加入更多的红辣椒或盐和胡椒粉。


6. Serve immediately topped with a generous portion of grated pecorino or parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley.
