Watercress and Ham Salad

Ingredients配料
芥末酱 Mustard Sauce 30g
柠檬 Lemon 1
新鲜奶油 Fresh cream 15cl
法式白火腿 French White ham 4 slices
西洋菜 Watercress 200g
菊苣 Endives 2
鹌鹑蛋 Quail eggs 8
黑橄榄 Black olives 6
盐和胡椒 Some salt and pepper

在半熟的芥末上加盐,胡椒,倒入半个柠檬汁,15毫升奶油,充分搅拌。Season half-baked mustard with salt, pepper, juice half a lemon and 15 cl fresh cream. Mix and set aside.

取出一片火腿,卷成圆柱状,切成2厘米高的小卷,重复操作,完成后放入冰箱。Take a slice of ham and roll it into a cylinder shape, cut it into 2cm length rolls, repeat then put in refrigerator.

将西洋菜与之前做好的奶油酱汁的一半倒入混合,然后将把西洋菜沙拉放在盘子的中央。Wash a bundle of watercress, mix with half the cream sauce, then leave the salad in the center of the dish.

把菊苣的心切掉,把最好的叶子放在盘子外侧,然后把之前火腿卷放在菊苣叶之间。Cut off the core of the endives, decorate the outside of the dish with the finest leaves, put the ham between the endive leaves.

把剩下的奶油酱调入菊苣叶子里,鹌鹑蛋和黑橄榄切半做装饰,最后用绿色叶子进行点缀,这道菜就做好啦!Season the endives with the remaining cream sauce, decorate with boiled quail eggs and black olives cut in half. Enjoy!
