Scamorza is a pasta filata (stretched curd) cheese that is formed into a characteristic pear shape. It’s available plain or naturally smoked. At JJGlobal our aim is to improve the quality of Food in China, and offering you the highest quality dairy products was our goal when we became the exclusive distributor of Ambrosi.

The smoked scamorza has a fantastic smoky flavor due to Ambrosi’s unique technique: a wood burning oven with beech woodchips. This process is 100% natural and allows the smoked scamorza to reach perfect maturation. The unsmoked cheese has a natural and light flavor resembling mozzarella.

Easy to use: each scamorza is individually hung and packed in 250g each. It has a long shelf life (120 days) reducing food waste.
