Bakery China is one of Asia’s most important F&B events and is coming to the Shanghai New International Expo Center on May 6th – 9th.

And best of all, at this year’s event JJ Global Foods will be hosting David Redon, the 2016 European Pastry Cup winner, and world-renowned chef and pastry consultant. Chef Redon will be doing a Veliche pastry demo at JJ’s location on Monday pm (May 6th), Tuesday am (May 7th), and Wednesday pm (May 8th). He will be preparing cream cheese tarts, lemon chocolate brownies, and others.
