前菜 |Appetizer
Mozeralla Peach Salad With Brocéliande Ham
布瑞林火腿桃子沙拉
INGREDIENTS 配料 : 2人份
4 Slices Brocéliande ham/4片火腿
2 Handles of Roquette/2把芝麻菜
2 Peaches/2个桃子
Olive oil/橄榄油
Cider vinegar/苹果醋
Salt/盐
Pepper/胡椒
2 Yellow tomatoes/2个黄西红柿
1 Buffalo mozzarella ball/1个马苏里拉奶酪球
PREPARATION 准备:
On each slice of Brocéliande ham, place one or two slices of cheese and roll them on themselves. Cut into pieces (for the salad, keep the most beautiful rolls, keep the falls for nibbling). Peel the peaches and cut them into quarters. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Mix the salad with tomatoes, peaches and rolls. Season with salt, pepper, drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. You can add pieces of crispy cakes to the seeds or toast.

Di Martino Spaghetti With Cherry Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS 配料 : 2人份
120g Di Martino spaghetti/蒂玛缇诺意面
100g Cherry tomatoes/小西红柿
Extravergine olive oil/特级初榨橄榄油
1 Cloves garlic/一瓣大蒜
Parsley/欧芹
Salt/盐
PREPARATION 准备:
Cook the spaghetti in boiling water; it must be al dente. Put the garlic in a pan with some oil and when it starts hissing, add the piennoli (cut in pieces and squashed) together with the parsley, oregano and salt. Dress the pasta in the same pan before serving.
在沸水中煮意大利面;它一定是有嚼劲的。将大蒜放入已经浸油的平底锅中,当它开始发出嘶嘶声时,加入小西红柿与欧芹,牛至和盐一起。在上菜前将意大利面放在同一个锅里。
