JL-25E苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚乳液

特征：

本乳液以苯乙烯和丙烯酸（酯）为主要原料，通过引入丙烯酰胺类功能单体制备而成；其性能与同类苯丙乳液相比，具有更优异的光泽度、附着力、耐水性、耐擦伤性；通过与蜡乳等复配，可制备具有不同用途性能优良的纸品上光油。

应用领域：

u      纸品上光油，纸品印刷油墨。

u      印花胶浆

应用方法:

u      涂装方式：喷涂、刮涂、滚涂等

u      涂装适用底材：纸张、各类纺织品等

u      固化条件：60-80℃，1-2 min

u      本产品自身带有自交联基团，用户无需加入固化剂

u      可根据基材不同，加入适量偶联剂增强漆膜性能

参考配方:

所得漆膜性能如下表：

(60℃, 3 min)

包装与储存:

u      50KG, 100KG塑料桶装；

u      存放于密闭容器内，防潮，防高温；

u      存于5—30℃避光阴凉干燥处；

u      保质期  十二个月

JL-25E Styrene-acrylate copolymer emulsion

FEATURES

The emulsion is prepared  by  using styrene and acrylic acid as main raw material and introducing  acrylamide monomer ，has superior performances  than other styrene-acrylic emulsion such as degree of light ，adhesion, water and solvent resistance ，abrasion resistance. With the wax emulsion compound, it can be prepared with different uses high performance paper Polish oil.

u      Curing conditions:60-80℃,1-2 min,

u      Users don’t need to join curingagent because JL-25E having self-crosslinking function

u      Adding suitable coupling agent for different substrate can enhance film properties

u      Stored in airtight containers,

refrain from moisture, high
