Aqueous aliphatic polyurethane dispersion

Product introduction:

The product with good room temperature drying and self-crosslinking function synthesized with water as the dispersion medium,and it had been funished by adopting the advanced production engineering and idea of formula design.

The coating prepared from WPU—061 possesses various excellent performances such as highgloss, softness, flexiblity, good abrasion and yellowing resistance, environmentally friendly,as well as non-toxic to humans.

Physical properties:

Features:

u Soft and elasticity, high gloss, good fullness, and excellent water resistance and abrasion resistance

u Fast dry-speed

u Elongation exceed 500%

u Have good adhesion on plastic ,leather and other soft base material

u No free isocynate monomer, no benzene substance,formaldehyde and other

toxic solvent, water-based,environmentally friendly, and non-toxic

Application area:

u Water-based ink

u fining varnish

u Water-based shoe coating

u Textile,paper, plastic,leather, rubber,etc.

Application guide:

u can enhance the elasticity of system if added to the water-based acrylic and polyurethane latex

u Good compatibility with non-ionic and anionic water-dispersible polyester resin, water-dispersible alkyd resins, acrylic emulsions and water dispersible PU curing agent;

u available to the desired viscosity by thickening agent

u Good yellowing resistance,can be used

for light colour substrate.

u Painting method: spraying, curtain coating, dip coating;

u Curing conditions: room temperature or low temperature baking

Reference formula(shoe varnish for example )：

Film performance：(rubber,60℃, 30 min)

Packaging and storage:

u 15KG, 50KG, 100KG, 200KG plastic drum;

u stored in 100% opaque airtight container;

u stored in cool and dry room place at 5-30℃;

u the shelf life will be significantly reduced in high temperature or exposure conditions;

u the shelf life is six months on the condition of not opening the can
